For the past four years, my son & I have been staying at that hotel every year - my son is obsessed with it. & I loved it as well. Everything was top tier - my favorite was the breakfast buffet.
My previous review was all raves. However, after coming back home today after our trip this year, I'm left with no option but to delete my previous review & share my new experience. An experience that has led me to the conclusion that we are done with the Orlando, Four Seasons Hotel.
Where do I start? There's so much to share. Firstly, when I checked into the hotel on the website, I clearly stated, both my son & I suffer from anxiety & we are unable to stay on a floor past the 5th floor, but we were given a room on the 15th floor. A room that felt & looked so dirty. The bathroom, sink, floor, shower, mats, everything was so dirty & unhygienic. The blanket on the bed was filled with someone's nose discharge - I'm gagging even as I type it now.
All the eating options onsite - in-room dining, poolside food, & ALL the restaurants - the menu options are horrible, NO options & NO variety whatsoever. & the taste of the food is FAR BELOW mediocre & I mean calling the food mediocre is an insult to food that is actually mediocre.
Then one day of our trip - two random guys showed up at my hotel room, saying they were hotel architects there to check the balcony. & I was mortified. I immediately shut the door & called the front desk, only to be told - you should have received a notice from housekeeping & this needs to be done. I, of course, received no such notice & was horrified. So, I gave them a time frame in which I would be at the pool with my son & we returned to the hotel room hours later. Upon our return, the doorbell of the hotel room rang again & these people were back in our presence - 5/6 people at a time in & out of our room - I was SO uncomfortable we had to leave the room again in an urgency & sit outside in the cold. UNCOMFORTABLE & HORRIFYING !! who would have taken responsibility had these people been a threat to my son or me?

First time here at CAPA, won't be my last!
We brought my cousin here to eat and the service was phenomenal. Our server was Michael and he was super attentive to us and also provided me with mind blowing options that I tried from the menu and I cant wait to come back and I hope that I can have the honor of having him again as my server!
Got in time for the fireworks as well and the weather was perfect and im estatic for more!
10 out of 10 must try again for sure!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Orlando was simply amazing! The entire place is beautiful, and we loved every minute of it.
On top of that, I was greeted with a stunning bouquet from Lu & Fleur that truly made my day. 🤩🥰
The flowers were incredible and added such a special touch to our visit. Everything—from the hotel to the flowers—was top-tier, and Orlando was just perfect. Can’t wait to return!

From our service that we received at check-in, all the way through our check out was phenomenal. The staff was amazing with our two little ones. Character brunch & dinner at Ravello, the Papa Mojitos while floating the lazy river, the kids club, turndown service were all exceptional after long days at the park. We could go on! The experience here is one on its own, you have Disney, then you have Disney at FS. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for all the memories!

The bartenders at Copa were wonderful, our waiter Adam made dining such a pleasure, and the front desk team—especially Cameron and Vincent—were outstanding. From the bellmen to the pool staff, every single person we interacted with made us feel so welcomed and cared for.
The attention to detail, the thoughtful touches, and the consistency of world-class service throughout the resort truly set this property apart. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience, but Four Seasons Orlando exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely perfect! The staff at this hotel are very professional and friendly. From the beautiful pools to the great restaurants, everything was top notch. I especially appreciate how much you can request through the app. We could even text the valet when we wanted our car. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

I am in love with this restaurant. Down-home food and fantastic handcrafted cocktails. Sit for a few minutes or a few hours - you won't be disappointed. Outstanding staff and an outdoor Florida atmosphere. The barbecue is phenomenal and the sides are as well. Love the special touches like truffle hush puppies and jalapeño popcorn mix at the bar. The carrot cake is some of the best I've had anywhere. Price point is in line with a luxury hotel but staff and food quality are well worth it. Beware of some oddities like refills on soda being a cost. No fountains outside to cut down on insect traffic. The hotel requires valet parking, but PB&G will validate down to a reasonable fee.

So good! I went with a group of friends and it was the perfect brunch. There was plenty of choices and all were delish and well prepared.
The cheese and charcuterie was one of my favorites. I tried a new cheese and the cured meat was excellent. There was also Cheviche and shrimp that was great and something you often don't see at even high end brunches.
I had the skirt steak as my entree and it was so good. The chimmichurri was excellent and I wanted to put it on everything!
The bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's were frequent and flowing.
I will be back!

Pan Seared Local Redfish was the option for the night, and I must say that, going with this very entrée had to be the decision in time, with its polished appearance and best of all, savoriness. Snatching a bite of both the Florida Strawberry Crostada, with Limoncello crema, mango-passion sorbetto and Hazelnut Budino, with a salted caramel flavor and chocolate crisp, put this visit to its entirety.
Everyone loves 'free' and with that being said, valet service is free for those dining in at the restaurants at this resort. Bring your valet ticket as non-overnight stayers are validated.

Very, very good. The pasta was fresh and delicious. We ordered 8 dishes and did family style dinner. Well worth experiencing a bit of everything. Truffle mushroom pizza was delicious, squid ink pasta had a nice spice to it, my favorite was the bolognese which was the closest to Italy I have found.

Their service and food are both top of the notch. We visited there twice during our stay at Four Seasons. The second time we were fortunate to run into a one-day special, Japanese Miyazaki Wangyu Beef. The meat tasted wonderful! The restaurant is also a great spot for viewing daily Disney fireworks at 9pm.

Reservations were held at this classy restaurant for a friend's thirtieth birthday on a weekday evening. Table was in preparation when we arrived, however, there was not much of a wait, as there were not very many people dining in that night.
Splendid appetizers made their way to our table with their perfect polished presentation - almost too good to eat. Waygu steak was the meal for the night and definitely was the way to go, as every bite was accountable for what it was made of. Three words - best. steak. ever.
As it was a birthday celebration, a complimentary dessert was served, which made the evening that much more special, on top of the two fireworks shows outside that we were able to see in between our meals.
Everyone loves 'free' and with that being said, valet service is free for those dining in at the restaurants at this resort. Bring your valet ticket as non-overnight stayers are validated.

When you spend $133 per person, your expectations are high. They are even higher when you decide to celebrate your birthday at a Four Seasons Hotel restaurant. Did this experience exceed my expectations, absolutely not! Both Service and Food had flaws, which again at this price and location is not acceptable. We ordered several tapas as appetizers, and then advised the waiter we were still waiting for our Octopus since he was already clearing the table for our entrees. I realize now that the Octopus order was forgotten, and by adding it last minute, it left our entrees waiting on the pass through. The Chef should have picked up on this. The result was that both my daughter's and wife's entrees were not warm and the Duck wasn't crispy on the outside. My steak was actually pretty good, but a steak usually needs to rest before serving. We should have returned the 2 dishes but somehow time passed and we didn't react quickly enough. Since it was a birthday celebration, desserts were offered, which is always a nice gift, however, besides writing happy birthday on the plate, there was no further recognition, engagement, etc... We didn't expect the Disney Happy Birthday song, but you would hope that on this Four Seasons level, they would have been more creative. On the other hand, I did see the manager being all close and personal at another table, but I believe that is because the couple ordered an expensive bottle of wine. Based on the GM's responses on other reviews, (nonexistent), I don't really expect anything. Just want to make sure people know about my experience, and hopefully, Capa will step up their game to make the dining experience unforgettable.
