Reviews
Breakfast was purchased with the reservation and the place wasn’t even opening for breakfast until 9am. We had to drive over to their parent hotel to get an egg sandwich and a bad coffee. Not even a restaurant. It was more like a souvenir store selling some food.
We traveled as a group of four (three adults and one minor) and the apartment-style unit was incredibly comfortable: two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, individual beds, and fully adjustable AC/heat (which was great because Orlando unexpectedly got very cold). The unit is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an iron, which made the stay extremely convenient.
Noise wasn’t an issue for us—only minor sounds from neighbors on one day. The only downside is the lack of elevators, but the hotel provides luggage carts, so it was manageable.
Great location (10–15 minutes from the parks), free parking (first come, first served), and very friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando!
The rooms smelled musty and gross and like they'd tried to use cleaner to cover bad smells. Everything was worn and tired. The water spigots didn't work consistently, water pressure was terrible, beds were uncomfortable.
I've stayed at many of these timeshares by Disney, none have harassed me about joining at all, this location did my whole stay by text.
They announced they'd be coming into our room one of the 3 days we were there sometime during business hours. No indication of which day or time. They left us a note at our door the day before the first possible day saying it would be happening and we had no choice.
Night 2 water started dripping from the light fixture above the shower. This is extremely dangerous, luckily I noticed as I was stepping in and didn't take a shower under the dripping electrified water. This rendered one bathroom useless. I reported it, they said they would fix it the next day, never heard if they had but it wasn't dripping that evening. Night 4, water starts POURING from the light fixture, then continued dripping.
The GFCI in the kitchen was tripped starting day 4 and if you reset it it just tripped again, so much of our kitchen wasn't working, there was constant clicking, and again it just felt very unsafe to have electrical not be working like that.
That room was so big as described and having the space is nice, but I'd choose one of the many other similar properties that are way better in the future.
If you’ve ever wanted to hear your neighbor’s “funny chair story” at 12:30 a.m. despite never having met them, this is the place. Add in the guest across the hall with an apparent door-slamming hobby, and you’ll enjoy echoes worthy of Thor’s hammer reverberating through the entire floor.
In short, the room looks like a luxury retreat but sounds like a college dorm built out of cardboard. If your idea of a good night’s rest includes involuntary participation in your neighbors’ late-night lifestyle choices, this may suit you well. Otherwise, consider it a masterclass in how thin walls can undo even the nicest décor.
My only complaint was there was an issue with the water pressure in the master suite of our room but I didn't care enough to say anything. The mattresses were harder than I expected. And the decor might be a little outdated but still super cozy and atleast modern adjacent (2010's vibes)
Even with those three things I cannot wait to take my daughter here on her first disney adventure!
All staffs is very friendly and helpful for the check in to check out. The resort always have activities for guests to join. I really enjoyed my time there. It worst the money. The pool is clean and big enough for the guests.
You can ask me to pay that 200$ normally because i forgot checkout 10 am it will Beter than that gangs
behavior
Hotel manager said that is her system should do that !!!
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
Avoid them, they clearly don't have their act together.
Stopped in to this location after work to pick up an online order and was totally shocked to see workers handling food without gloves!! If you walk into the lobby you can see a prep area to the far left of their work area. One employee grabbed chicken wings that weren't yet prepared with his bare hands from a container or something. Another employee to his right had an uncooked pizza that he was holding with no gloves and and I literally watched him dig into a container of what I assume was cheese 2+ times. I was so disgusted and outright staring. My shock comes from the fact that there were over 10 employees in the small work area and no one said anything to them. You can really only assume they weren't trained properly or that's accepted by managers considering they work in such close quarters. A manager who had noticed me staring then said something to the worker still touching the pizza and the worker actually looked confused as to what he was doing wrong.... Seriously disgusting and a violation of your customers rights. Pretty sure that is violating many codes and I will definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow so they can look into this franchise.
The truth. A line of 14 people and no one at the register however I see 5 employees in the back literally doing absolutely nothing. They are all leaving and don’t give a damn about the incoming customers. There is no manager on duty visible...and if he is who I think he is, he definitely is Mickey mouse and hasn’t looked up to even apologize for the wait. I noticed many people leave with out paying because of how long everything takes. No one here is professional and has an ounce of care. I will speak to corporate for all of the customers that I have had conversations with while I waited 2 hours at the only 24 hours place available. I definitely would not recommend this place, I would rather eat the scum between my toes before I even consider this specific steak and shake .
