The room was unclean. They offered to move us to a higher floor but we had already unpacked so I asked if they could just clean it. We we came back it was still dirty. The phone was broken and only worked on speaker. The refrigerator did'nt get cold and they charged us an extra 35 dollars per day for parking and wherever we requested our car it did'nt go through so we had to wait for our vehicle instead of it being ready. The staff was also unconcerned. Always talking amingst each other or no one was at the front desk.

Tub was clogged, no water bottles in the room, no coffee in the lobby and parking was very expensive.

I enjoyed my stay at Mariott in Buckhead....very convenient location...clean and friendly staff. Only reason I didnt give them a 5 star was because valet services was kinda slow and also i wish the rooms had a microwave. However the service from everyone I encountered there was amazing.

Beautiful hotel! Great location! Very safe area. The entire staff were extremely kind and wonderful people from the moment I checked in til the moment I left.
Wendy, Nasir, and Michael helped me throughout my stay, and made my experience 10x better! Helped me with parking, getting my luggage, soo much more. I can’t wait to come back!
Definitely recommend.

Never had a working tv. Maintenance came in to fix it and it worked for about 30 minutes and then went back to “no signal.”

My stay here was fantastic, was greeted by mark at the front desk we had a wonderful conversation, then on the day i checked out my battery on my car died. And the staff did everything to help me get a jump and get me on my way! Will be staying again for sure. Hotel was clean and the whole staff was fantastic

I called Buckhead Pizza Co. and asked if there was seating available for a group of 30 students on a Saturday, they were eager to accommodate us! We were given a reservation within the next 30 minutes. When we arrived tables were set and servers were on site ready to take drink orders. (I placed the food order over the phone) Pizzas came out hot and fast! I would definitely visit again.
The owner was very personable and concerned that we had a great experience. (And we did!) I am looking forward to visiting this establishment with my family. If you are are interested in making pizzas there as team building or date night this is an ideal location. Thanks for a great experience! We will be back!

Ordered a calzone.. wasn't ready when I got there and couldn't find my name for the order. Than charged me a $1 more than the website price. And when I got home no ricotta cheese, and it was cold... Hotel is 1 block away. Maybe if they were busy.. but 5 people in the restaurant.. I work for the hotel across the street .. don't think I could recommend this place to anyone.

Really enjoyed this place. Great pizza, fantastic salad with incredible dressing, and cool location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service was outstanding. Constant drink refills and checking to make sure everything was good. Extremely courteous staff and reasonable prices.

Great New York style ?, which we usually have delivered. When I go there I get downtown calzone which is delicious.

Outside seating area is very nice depending on the weather, of course. It's covered and has fans and TVs.

Inside they have full base with good selection of ?.

Our family ordered take out on a Sunday night. The individual taking my order was extremely friendly, courteous and explained the menu items. We chose to pick up our food which took 25 minutes. We waited at the bar to get our food. Rosie greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She gave us plates, napkins and silverware for our order. She also gave me a complimentary coke. Will definitely go back and sit outside in the nice patio area. The bar area is nice and loved the outdoor patio area.

Second visit to a Ruth’s Chris restaurant, first one in NYC. Still a great place to relax and enjoy a 5-star meal.
Especially happy to have met Dan, our server. He made great recommendations, each one on the money. If you stop by Ruth’s Chris in Buckhead, be sure to ask for Dan and you won’t be disappointed!
I rate it 5 Stars!!!

I took my wife for her birthday. Prior to, I asked if they could put some type of festive confetti down the tables and sure enough, they did it! I was totally surprised! The only issue(well not a real issue) was the my wife’s steak had to be taken back twice due to it not being cooked how she asked but they got it right and took care of that on the bill!

Update: I did receive a gift card as compensation which the manager hand delivered to my door to ensure I got it after it got returned to sender. It took three weeks for me to get it after all but I am grateful nonetheless.

I would ?? NOT RECOMMEND anyone go here. I had the most disappointing experience tonight after hearing so many great things about Ruth's Chris. I wish I had never gone. I took my dad & mom for his 59th Birthday but we should have just gone to Ruby Tuesday's.

There were gnats around the food & the waiter even acknowledged that they have a hard time keeping up with them since there's a stream of water nearby running through the hotel.

The main entrees were hot but not the side items broccoli, sweet potato casserole & lobster mac & cheese. They were near cold. I spent 200$ to give my dad & family a first time at the infamous Ruth's Chris for nothing. It was a total waste.

Even another couple near us left & a manager had to get involved in their experience. This is not a good location at all & definitely NOT worth the cost of the food.

Went over Labor Day weekend. Hostess were rude and dismissive, one was playing on her phone and didn't even acknowledge customers. We were forced to sit in bar due to no reservations. The dining room had 3 tables full at any given time during our 3 hour dinner, otherwise the dining room was empty. The bar was packed, and service slow due to volume. Had two servers for at least 9 full tables and a packed bar. Gave three stars cause food was awesome and our server was handling the complaints and volume the best he could.

Went over fourth of July weekend with my husband. Our server was Kali? I forgot his name but he was exceptional! We had fast service and the food was incredible as always! My husband got the petite sirloin and shoe string fries. I had the new york strip and the loaded baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly and very hot and fresh. We've been here before and keep coming back. I believe the manager kept checking in on us to make sure we and everyone else was having an enjoyable meal. Love this place and will always keep coming back!

Good Food but the service isn't up to par with the original in Old 4th Ward. They didn't have two cashiers on when they needed it most, a lot of the staff said they were understaffed as an excuse for the long line, wait time, and forgotten meals for several guests. Please have more staff on during busy times to help change this!

Eggs Benedict was worst that I ever had. Eggs were done and not runny which is a requirement for eggs Benedict. Potatoes were not very good either.

If Flying Biscuit is 5 stars, then food here is about 3. Waffle House is just as good, and parking is free at WH. Service was quick and friendly enough here.

Wish i could give it zero stars. Service is beyond slow. They have 2 people at cash register and only 1 ever takes orders. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for the lady to ask the couple in front if they knew what they wanted. Food came my lunch break was over. Don't come here this is my third time trying them and 3 times ive been disappointed. GO HOME AND COOK YOUR FOOD!!!!!

I've had breakfast here a few times. They have an excellent choice and the food is pretty good. It's a pretty standard menu and it tastes like you'd expect.Service is good but the wait time to get food can be long. They did offer a free treat once due to the food taking longer than expected, unprompted. Pretty good overall
