Great location. Perfect walking distance to the GA Aquarium. And the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Clean, nice location, walked to nearby restaurant and children’s museum. Would stay again. Valet guys were very nice

The red light on the phone was continuously blinking, and when we asked the front desk if we had a message, they said we did not have a message and that there was nothing they could do to stop the blinking light. It wasn't very pleasant trying to sleep with a blinking red light in the room. The toilet would continue to run when you flushed it. The chain needed to be adjusted. It was getting stuck under the flap. The sink would not drain. The sink stopper needs to be adjusted. When we got up in the morning, the shower did not work at all. The handle just turned around and around. We had to check out and leave with NO SHOWER. We have stayed here numerous times before with no problems but apparently their maintenance has gone down hill. We informed the front desk, and they got the manager, and he apologized and gave us a credit on our valet parking.

Hotel parking should be included with the reservation of the room. IMO $55 is a lot for one night of parking

I had an outstanding stay. The hotel was clean, stylish, quiet and convenient to state farm arena. The staff and accommodations were top tier. Great value for my money. i will definitely be staying there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue with the room was the drain in the bathroom sink was slow to drain out water.

it was the prefect location for attending a concert across the street. staff was very and helpful , dinner was excellent and the bar staff very courteous. we will definitely return.

Room was beautiful, spotless and the appropriate size for one person. It's a historical boutique hotel. Unassuming on the outside, eclectic on the inside.
Walking distance from State Farm area, Centennial Park and museums.

I did not receive a confirmation of my reservation which was suppose to be for the Glenn in Atlanta. On the 21st I called the Glenn to find I did not have a reservation. I could not find another hotel close to State Farm arena that as not outrageous so I decided to just drive home that night. At 10:40 pm Travis from the hotel called to see if he could do the late arrival. He told me to contact you’ll as other customers has had the same problem. I am requesting a refund. I am 79 years and did not want to drive home and because of the lack of communication I did in the middle of the night.

The elevator barely worked, the breakfast was tasty albeit missing a few ordwred items. All told, it waa fine.
