Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta in Atlanta

Valet and front desk staff were nothing short of amazing. We didn't use valet service but they were still very welcoming and helpful.

Room 1001 looks out over the top of the parking garage and city view. The room was super quiet. Too quiet for us so I resorted to a sound machine app. Not a downside as people usually really love a quiet room.

The pillows were really flat and we all struggled with them. If you like fluffy pillows or soft cozy blankets, take them with you. The blankets are starchy sheets with a thin blanket. Not a huge inconvenience, just a preference. Mini fridge was essential, as was the keurig style coffee maker.

The room was very clean, the hotel was super convenient to what we were there for. We were there during the ice storm and they pre salted the driveway and steps. They also worked with us on a slightly later check out and graciously allowed us to move our vehicle that morning to thaw out before our drive home. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so I can't speak to any of those services.

If you self park you will park on deck 9. As others have said, there's only a flight of stairs or the driveway down to deck 8. Not a problem to drop your luggage at the front before driving in. Grab your ticket and bring it to the front desk to have them link it to your room so you'll have in/out privileges. The garage is accessible from the front of the hotel entrance on 10th st. It's shared with the building next door and you'll walk through this area in the pictures to access it. Attaching pictures during the ice storm.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The staff service was outstanding from start to finish.

I would like to specifically recognize Noel at the front desk. He was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely and courteous manner. His customer service made a noticeable difference in my experience.

Overall, highly recommended—great rooms, excellent service, and exceptional staff like Noel who truly elevate the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only thing that wasn’t so good, considering that they allow dogs, is that the rooms have carpeted floors, It makes cleaning a bit more difficult.
Now, regarding the staff evaluation, I want to praise someone from the bar, MICHELLE, who took extremely good care of us. She was very friendly and super nice to my family.

Overall a solid option in midtown Atlanta. Arrived early and paid to upgrade to a corner room in order to check in right away. Very spacious with a nice desk area - which was perfect for what we needed. Good central location in midtown, we were able to walk to lots of places including Piedmont park which was very nice. Had a weird experience at the bar where the bartender tried to charge my husband the cost of a beer for a non alcoholic sparkling water - but we were able to get resolved.
Would stay again if back in the area.

🌟 Five-Star Stay at Hyatt Centric Atlanta! 🌟

We’ve stayed at almost every Hyatt in Atlanta over the years, but this was our first time at Hyatt Centric — and I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else again! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly and even upgraded to a beautiful corner room with large windows and gorgeous views from two sides.

The room was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed — perfect for both relaxing and getting a little work done. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the small details like the built-in night light in the bathroom (a thoughtful touch — I usually travel with my own plug-in light, but didn’t need it here!).

And the shower… oh my goodness! I travel often, and this was hands-down the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The water got super hot, the pressure was amazing — it honestly felt like a built-in massage. I didn’t want to get out!

Everything about this stay felt elevated yet cozy, modern yet warm. Hyatt Centric definitely set a new bar for us in Atlanta — thank you for such a refreshing, relaxing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Our suite was well appointed and provided beautiful views of Midtown Atlanta, from both our room and Author’s Den, where we enjoyed breakfast inside the hotel. My husband surprised me with a stay here, as he had planned it as a part of his marriage proposal that evening. The service was excellent, beginning with the ease of Valet Parking, followed by a smooth checkin, and quick response from the Front Desk in meeting a personal request. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. Before joining friends for dinner, we decided to explore the area. Our location was in the heart of restaurants, breweries, museums, theaters, etcetera. After realizing we had time for a pre-dinner cocktail, we wondered upon an upscale Mexican eatery, Escorpion that served the most delicious cocktails and small plates. We returned to our suite to prepare for our evening, which included one of THE BEST moments in my life! We enjoyed our remaining time at the Hyatt and will certainly stay again!

Have stayed at this Hyatt Centric several times in the last year and the service is truly SO good. Every time and in every area of the hotel. Bar downstairs is also really good - had a great dinner after an evening flight one trip. Location is good right in Midtown.

Great location in midtown. The Marta station restaurants and piedmont park ate close by a block or two. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The Hyatt centric in Midtown Atlanta is one of the finest Hyatt hotels. Its location is perfect. I’m a 67-year-old women who loves to travel. I taking every part of a hotel. I travel with my husband and our two dogs. This Hyatt is close to Piedmont Park, which is a perfect area to walk the dog.s. I’m also a runner and his hotel is right up a mile from the beltline of Atlanta, which is one of the coolest places to run. It is in a heart of m Midtown Atlanta with plenty of fine restaurants to walk to. It is easy to over downtown for some of the fun sites
It is near Pond market, which is Totally a fun place to walk around and get food and enjoy the hype.
Our daughter lives in Atlanta so we come at least once a year, Sometimes we’ll stay with her, but she may be away at work, and then we stay at the Hyatt. I have never been disappointed in this hotel and the staff is just the best. Their corner rooms offer some of the best views. Highly highly recommended!
