⚠️ Important: Before booking, confirm with the hotel whether they are hosting large student groups. If they are, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

I stayed here for three nights during a business conference. The room itself was very modern, clean, and perfectly comfortable for a short business trip. The bathroom was bright, with a nice shower and plenty of space to get ready without feeling cramped.

The meeting space worked well and I had no issues there. Drinks and snack offerings were good.

Dining was mixed. The hotel restaurant has limited dinner options and prices run moderate to expensive for what you receive. Lunch during the conference was underwhelming — a very basic setup of salad, fish, chicken, and beef with a small dessert. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

Parking is expensive at $60 per night.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was noise. The hotel was hosting a large group of students, and there appeared to be little to no control over them. The result was significant noise and lost sleep on the final night of an intense business conference — not ideal when you need to be rested and focused.

Overall: solid rooms and functional meeting space, but be cautious about large group bookings if you value quiet and rest.

This hotel, recommended by Amex Travel, turned out to be a far cry from what I had imagined. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a rather unsettling scene. You would have thought this place was a motel where sex workers frequented with the types of folks who were roaming around the lobby when checking in. The valet staff at the front of the hotel seemed more interested in socializing than assisting guests. Instead of directing us to the appropriate areas, they were engaged in conversations among themselves. When I sought their help, they responded inappropriately and made a scene. It was an unpleasant experience.

However, the front desk staff were a breath of fresh air. Their support and professionalism helped salvage the situation.

I genuinely hope this hotel takes the necessary steps to improve in the future. Given its prime location, the surrounding amenities, and the anticipated influx of world travelers during the World Cup, it has the potential to become a truly exceptional establishment.

We had a nice one-night stay! Overall good experience. We dined at Sway. Good could have been a bit more elevated, but not bad! Market breakfast was great.

Service: Our valet experience was the best I have ever had! Abass was infectiously friendly, hospitable, and helpful. While being the last person we saw before leaving, he was the most memorable part of our stay.

We had stayed at HR Atlanta back in October with our two children and au pair (3 adults and 2 kids) for fall break visiting from Texas. We had such a lovely stay. We loved the rooftop beehive and fresh honey every morning. We loved the sunset view from Polaris and our kids loved the sea bass and the steak! Their non-alcoholic beverages made them feel fancy! Hyatt hospitality was evident from the valet parking staff to the front desk staff was superb. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained. Our connecting suite was relaxing. Walking distance to GA AQ, Coca Cola, ATL kids museum, and so many places was definitely a plus. We would definitely come back!

The staff was very pleasant from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—large, clean, and it smells amazing in the common areas. We stayed in the international wing, and the room was a decent size. The room itself was clean; however, the shower was disappointing and clearly not cleaned, with hair throughout. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this right away because we arrived late and had dinner plans, only realizing it when we returned around 1 a.m.
That said, the room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Valet service was very convenient, making it easy to pull up, unload our belongings, and hand off the car. The bar drinks were good, and the bar staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, while there were several positives, the cleanliness issue makes me unsure if I would choose to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting for a show at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

We booked two nights, but left after one night. When we checked into the hotel that night, we found that the wash basin was blocked, the water couldn't go down and there was a bad smell. It took ten minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. We went to the front desk to ask for a room change, but they told us that there were no rooms available that night (obviously perfunctory), and then they said they could send someone up to check. After waiting for an hour or two, we were already asleep before they came up to knock on the door. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel is safe and in a good location close to the aquarium. There is a restaurant open until late and the breakfast is also good

The room is a bit small. You have to park opposite. Others are OK.

Honestly, it's pretty bad.

Service was great but the food was so overpriced. The portion size was so small and food lack flavor .
14.11.2017 Mike
Pros - prime location with outside terrace sitting, good decor, lots of attention from staff.
Cons - portions are on the small side and don't offer much flavor (tried a greens salad and a trout dish, both appeared to be some what tasteless and the fish over cooked big time. "Drafty kill" beer was very good and somewhat compensated for the main dish). Overall considering the price over quality the items we tried presented a so-so value.

Had a couple of the cocktails, and they were both fantastic. The bartender was friendly and entertaining and he seriously knows how to make a drink.

We also had some food, the duck confit salad was excellent. The rest was pretty good as well but maybe overshadowed by the cocktails.

i came here for a quick dinner. they have a separation of fine and casual dining, but dont tell you what is available on each menu. I sat at the bar where you get all the menu options and I went with the fried chicken and the cheesecake. The chicken was interesting, it came with cheddar rice which was really well made but i wouldnt recommend this dish itself. I would definitely recommend the cheesecake though, its not a slice, but is really well presented and looks wonderful. It's all these little cubes of cheesecake on a platter, with a variety of other desserts around it as well. Also tastes great! I had the devils haircut to drink, really great option, i would recommend this if you are a whiskey drinker. I would say the prices are a little steep but I had good service and good food so I would definitely go back. $50 with tip for everything

Stopped in on a recommendation. Had a drink I asked for an Athena which they were out of stock ok the server suggests another sour beer it was fine. However, I didn't realize the beer he suggested was $21 dollars. I have no problem paying that if its something I wanted I though it was something close to my original beer purchase that was 7 bucks. Nearly 40 bucks for 2 drinks?? Once looking at the menu it said market price which if I was the server I would have informed the customer what that price was. We were planning on eating but the menu was so limited we decided to go elsewhere. The atmosphere was nice and balcony was perfect but overall disappointing experience.

My son and I dined at Hard Rock Cafe for the first time today. We're from Houston and I've always wanted to dine here. Today was the day and it was an experience worth while. Not only did they entertain but every server was nice and attentive. Our server was Tay and she was sweet, polite, and awesome with her service. When I visit Hard Rock Cafe again it will be to this location specifically. My son had a great time and for a mom like me that puts a smile on my face. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta. You guys are a great team. Keep up the good work!

The best place I've been. I will bring friends next time I come. The music food atmosphere is energetic, fun, and sometimes mellow. Great for a rocker like me ❤♈

Didn't have to wait upon arrival because we sat in the bar. We took a dirty table because we were told the bartender would come right over and clean it when we sat down. He did. We ordered and waited for what was about 40 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. All the while we were subjected to listening to a VERY loud and OBNOXIOUS bartender singing and pretty much shouting to the customers. Food was ok, I had the nachos which were pretty much suffocating under a heavy layer of jalapenos. Watered down Pepsi that didn't taste even remotely like Pepsi. Slow on refilling our drinks. Be prepared about spending $25 to eat when there is a troupe of homeless people wrapped up in blankets standing outside the window by your table.
04.08.2017 Sue
Made a reservation for a group of 10, they said no problem! Showed up and instead they had 2 small tables and refused to put them together so our group could sit together. We were in a corner, out of the way, and tried to move the tables when a server came running up and pushing the tables back, saying there were different servers for each table. We said that was fine, we could still keep them as separate servers, we'd just like to see each other. Then they said it was a fire hazard and said it still wasn't possible. So we sat, segregated and with our backs to each other, and basically long story short this place is decent if you have maximum 5 people but absolutely not friendly for larger groups.

Edit: just dropped this to 1 star... I got their lava Java burger and it was literally handfuls of salt on top of a burger. I bit into it and choked. Scrapped as much of it off (there was a good tablespoon in just half of the burger) to eat it but will definitely not be getting this ever again...

The food was great except however one certain staff member was telling me how to spend my money and how I should tip her loads because she brought the food out to me!!
I'm not being funny but all credit was due to the chef who created what I ordered not to the joker that walked 10 steps to bring it to me!!
Apart from that great atmosphere not a bad place to watch you're favourite sport
22.10.2017 Tom
This was my first time at Hooters, and as expected, it is the height of mediocrity! The waitresses are, of course, attractive and scantily clad, but the wings and beer selection are just ok. It does have more TVs than send reasonable, so it is a great spot for sports, but despite like 30 TVs, they only had two games on. Makes you wonder what the point of 30 TVs is...
22.09.2017 Oscar
I don't normally give bad reviews because I was taught that if I have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. From bad service to them trying to overcharge for extra blue cheese. I ordered 20 wings and 24 buffalo shrimp and I got 2 little to go sides of blue cheese. When I asked for an extra blue cheese they tried to charge me $1.09. Incredible. My bill was $40.58. You are really gonna charge me for extra dressing? Apart from that the attendant was very rude and not friendly at all. Must be cause it's a tourist area and they know that those customer will probably never return. Still it's no reason to be so rude. I've never been so disappointed with the service at any other Hooters restaurant in my life. Oh and please clean up your sticky floors. They should definitely do undercover boss at this location!

Hey everyone... was there last night with a group of friends from Montreal Canada..it was late and figured we grab something quick!
We ended up at hooters....but to our surprise we had the best service by one of the waitresses named Eryn... she was attentive and provided the utmost best customer service I've seen! You don't get service like this in some five star restaurants! Bravo! Merci !
