Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the nice designer stores and lovely food places. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained, beds are comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach

Suggest everyone to pay more attention to the air conditioning in your room especially the machine noise, my aircon was extremely old accompanied by intolerable loud noise that literally woke me up at auto turn on ( energy saving mode). I then realized this is not the norm from my sister’s room was perfectly fine. Front desk sent technician and fixed the problem in one afternoon eventually they have to replace filter and machine drum , conveniently removed shower cap trapped inside. The repair process was smooth. I am totally fine with the lack of guest’s follow up or any notification that the problem is fixed but kudos to the engineer who fixed my aircon with confidence and assurance that make the rest of my holiday a fantastic one. The facility management team has done a great job!

I left my luggage and went out shopping. While I was out, the hotel called to say my room was ready, which was earlier than the standard check-in time.
2. I discussed my room preferences with the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It felt much better than what I had booked.

First off, the location is excellent for public transport, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, all within walking distance. As for service, the front desk was a bit mediocre, but the staff member who helped us with activities was fantastic, and customer service was also good. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, it's just a little pricey.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Waikiki's main shopping street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We had a bit of a wait during check-in, but it was worth it as we ended up with an ocean-view room on the top floor. The views were expansive and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning! Even more surprisingly, when I woke up the next morning and opened the window, I saw a rainbow – very lucky indeed!

I have been going to Ruth Chris for years and have always had an excellent meal. This time however in Waikiki was quite disappointing. The restaurant is overcrowded with tourist so this might play a factor however you should serve only the number of customers you can while still providing quality food. My steak felt like a piece of rubber. The plate notoriously known to be searing hot was barely warm. My steak felt like it sat around. The crab on top of the steak tasted like it had been sitting in the bilge compartment of my boat for a few weeks. The macaroni lobster was the only thing that was tasty except it was cold.

Disappointing at the price. Service was cheerful but lackadaisical - we sat for 20 minutes looking at empty plates after finishing our starter, but were interrupted four times in five minutes during the main to be asked if the food was OK. Getting and paying the bill was also an exercise in persistence and patience. Food was patchy: starters and sides were overly large, poorly seasoned, and rather cold and dull. Main was reasonable, although "500 degree plates" gimmickry was a little tiresome. Expect more polish and consistency both in food and service at this price point.

I'm Korean. The name is KYEONGSANG AN. We had dinner here on our honeymoon on October 21, 2017. I traveled without knowing that I lost my brown little bag. I knew I had lost my bag at 10 am the next day. There were two passports and $1,700 in the bag. I decided to report to the police and wait.
However, on the following day, I rented a car and went to the Korean Consulate General to make a temporary passport. The restaurant staff, Mr. TERRY VANNASING says he brought a bag to the consulate this morning. My passport and money were still there. Thanks to him, I was able to have a happy honeymoon. I really appreciate him for this position. I would like to come back to Hawaii again. Thank you again.~^^

Worst Customer service every experienced. Was told to arrive at 9:45pm and the kitchen closes at 10pm. The person taking reservation should give the customer and option as well as let the customer know. Which wasn't done! Once we arrived we were told we can't be seated. Why would you schedule an reservation at 9:45pm. Place doesn't care for there customer. Staff and manager didn't even care. Don't go. Could only imagine to service and food at this place.

I love a place that is both fun for adults and kid friendly. The waiters are patient and helpful when it comes to having a table of kids. We went for happy hour, since they have a great menu and good drink prices. After being “stuck” in Waikiki for a few more days than planned (thanks to Space A) we loved the prices and the amount of food that was provided. Kid’s menu come with main dish, side and drink. Lots of food and a good selection. Not usually one to find the chains and frequent them but since we are expats now, we were happy to find a place with a great menu and good ambience. Highly recommend!

I had a FANTASTIC afternoon here one afternoon catching up with a very important family member. The bartender was VERY knowledgeable, very friendly, answered several questions about the beer and drinks and even let us sample a couple of items.
High class place, yet affordable. Just like the one back home in San Antonio. They hire the best people at Yard House and you always have a great time!

Very popular place in Honolulu. We arrived there about 8 pm and waited almost 40 minutes before we could pick up. At the entrance you are given a sort of sensor warning that you have to keep. When it lights up you must go back to the front desk and be accompanied to the table. Luckily we waited until we found a place at the bar counter where we could taste two great beers typical of the place. At dinner the menu offers classic burgers, salads or even fish. We opted for 2 worthy burgers without any shadow of doubt.

This location is absolutely amazing! We went during happy hour and got amazing deals on food and drinks! Fern! He is incredible! The greatest bartender I've seen in awhile! Recommend this place for any and all occasions! The management is also great at circling around and checking in with each table!

Excellent service. My food didn't come out great so had to be sent back however the steps they took to resolve the issue was wonderful. I was offered another meal and dessert to make up for it. The staff were lovely even though my child spilt a smoothie across the table. Keep up your lovely service! We shall be back for the steak shortly

We always come for the lunch menu. They have a delicious and tasty bone in ribeye steak which is excellent. For the lunch menu we also order the lobster Mac and cheese which has big chunks of lobster and tons of cheese. The lunch menu is a great deal. They also have outside seating. The last few times we were there, Dave F. Was our sever, and he was excellent every time. He was very helpful and professional. We love this place and will continue to come back.

Didn't have to wait very long to be seated, must have made it before the rush! The drinks were huge, and the soft drinks had free refills. The portion sizes were very generous. I had the Fish & Chips which was really delicious, it was amazing. Sadly I was too full for desserts but maybe another time! We had an amazing waiter too, he was always very polite & friendly.
It should be noted though that inside it can be very noisy. But what do you expect, it's a very popular eatery.

When we visited this place was PACKED we were told about a 30 minute wait and to our surprise we waited maybe 10 minutes before we were seated! Once seated we did feel like our server was rushing us. I totally get that they were slammed and had a lot of people waiting but when I'm out to eat I do not want to be rushed and I want to enjoy a drink and an appetizer and then my meal. We ordered apps and asked for them to come first and they arrived at the same time as our meal so that was disappointing. We didn't even start eating and we were greeted with our check. The food was great, but I definitely don't like feeling rushed out of a place, especially one that isn't on the cheap side.

Delicious food well worth the wait. Large crowds every night mean you'll have to wait unless you get in early, but they give you mobile alarms so you can go check out the stores while you wait.

Very busy but food was great. Nice service. Part of restaurant is open to the elements and birds looking for a crumb. It was my birthday the day before, and the servers sang Happy Birthday (in tune !) and I got a small chocolate sundae with a candle. Many, many choices in food and cheesecake.. moderately priced.

If you are in Waikiki Beach, and are looking for good food, at decent prices, but prefer excellent service and feeling more like family, rather than just another customer to get in and rushed out .... Then stop in here, and ask for Gabe. He is beyond friendly, he takes care of you, and he pays attention to your needs. His manager, Connie is excellent. Ate there on a quiet Thursday afternoon, and came back on a crazy Friday evening that was packed. Waiting for a table for 20 minutes, to be in Gabe's section was worth it. Our service was excellent. The food came out quickly, and on the second night, I left feeling more like family, than a customer. If you go, and you read my comment, please tell them Ham said "Hi". These people embody the concept of hospitality.

Food was excellent my wife and I came a few times during our trip. We had both power bowls, which are a healthy but flavorful. We also had lemon chicken, and the truffle pizza. I also tried the chicken meatball smash which was great, it came with a couple or salad. The staff all three times were helpful, and very attentive.

Best pizza ever. Avocado chicken basil spinach pizza. WOW. I could eat this all night long. Also, the pesto pasta was sooooooo gooooood. Please go here if you want DELICIOUS food and great service too.
