Gorgeous interior, welcoming hosts, delicious breakfasts, adjacency to RTA transportation and sundry shopping. Recommend! First visit; will be back and upgrade to one of the stunning suites.

This place was awesome!! Bob and Michelle were great! Breakfast was amazing! Check in and out were super easy. The rooms were very clean and big. It was very easy to walk everywhere.

Great stay! Great Hosts! Great Breakfasts! Location - Block away from Frenchman Street Jazz clubs! Great recommendations about NOLA. They have between six and a dozen rooms. Plenty of parking on the side streets.

Our stay at Elysian Fields Inn was simply fabulous… Everything was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning - so authentic and decorated with such great taste; you immediately feel at home. We were lucky to be there during Halloween, with the creepy decorations that fit the style of the house so well! The location is perfect, just a few steps from Frenchmen Street and only a short walk to the French Quarter, with all the amenities you could need right in the neighborhood. And of course, what touched us the most was the incredible welcome we received from Michelle and Bob… meeting them truly made our trip to New Orleans special. Their kindness, warmth, authenticity, and the pleasure they take in sharing advice (places to visit, things to do, restaurants, music venues, parades, events…) - they were the best hosts we could have hoped for! Not to mention their homemade breakfasts, which were absolutely delicious!! We were genuinely sad to leave… We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone wanting an authentic New Orleans experience.

We have not been is New Orleans for some years and wanted to make sure we can combine fun activities, music, dining and walking tours with some calm and relaxation at the end of the day. We are so greatful we have found Elysian Fields Inn to be exactly that wonderful combination! It is loacted steps from Frenchmen St with its great music scene , the French Quarter , Jackson Square and basically everything worth seeing and yet it is on a relatively quiet avenue and the rooms are truly a treat. High ceilings, beautiful antique furniture, plenty of room and storage space, super clean, tasteful and the back porch overlooking trees and the pool was ideal for the delicious breakfasts homemade by the owners Michelle and Bob. There is a nice large market just across the avenue, an outstanding bakery called AYO just 3 minute walk from the Inn ,as well as our fave afternoon jazz club The Spotted Cat only 5 min walk. The communications with the Inn was very personal and efficient, Michelle and Bob were great hosts who shared a plenty of good advice with us. We wished we had more time at the Inn, but we will be back soon hopefully.

Elysian Fields Inn is such a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in New Orleans. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Michelle and Bob are the kindest and most attentive hosts, making sure every detail was perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and their hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. Truly a 10/10 stay—I can’t recommend it enough!

This was an absolute gem. The owner and Ginger were perfect hosts. They made sure our stay was flawless We could not have asked for more. My party of 13 were all more than satisfied with their rooms. The house and porches are all big enough to spread out in. Everything was neat and clean. I would highly recommend staying.

Beautiful inn with wonderful homemade breakfast. The owners were friendly and good resources for restaurants and entertainment recommendations. It was within walking distance to French Quarter. We were able to easily walk to Frenchman for music.

I can't remember if this was our 5th or 6th visit to EFI. There are very good reasons why we'd rather pay to stay there than use Marriott points. 1. Michelle and Bob - warm, friendly, helpful, generous and fun. 2. Location - walkable to all our favorite places, safe, parking, accessible to public trans. 3. Value. 4. Michelle and Bob

First of all the location of Elysian Fields Inn is ideal. Right in the heart of Marigny, a few blocks from Frenchman Street and a short walk to the French Quarter. The B&B itself is charming and has a great vibe. The hosts, Michelle and Bob, were most helpful providing recommendations on things to do, places to go, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Michelle even went so far as to making reservations for us on an air boat tour (which we would highly recommend by the way). The breakfasts were outstanding. We will definitely be revisiting the Elysian Fields Inn next time we travel to New Orleans. Thank you Michelle and Bob for adding to a great memory.

This location use to be a bank. Unclear if there is a vault in the back. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. It's a little pricey- but normal for these days (I guess). There is indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely go back!

Pretty solid brunch. That said, it wasn't mind-blowing and it took quite a while to get to us (with no apologies for the delay). We may have just had bad timing and we also sat at the bar so maybe those were factors.

That said nearly everything on their menu sounded tasty and we definitely enjoyed everything we got. The coffee was especially good.

I found the ruby slipper cafe after searching for a good place for breakfast on Google and Tripadvisor, and both came up with this as the number one place to go and they weren't wrong!!! Superb food, very warm welcome, and very attentive team. I had the Blackstone eggs Benedict and my partner had the corned beef Bennie. We left completely satisfied, and is definitely our number one place for breakfast in New Orleans

What a fantastic meal! Came with a group and was quickly seated. Coffee was really good. The food was amazing. The main speciality seems to be eggs Benedict, but everything was good. I tried my friends pancakes and bananas foster French toast and they were both delicious and decadent. I got an eggs Benedict with pork, and it was perfect. I wish I'd come here sooner

Innovative breakfast! So delicious we stopped by on our way out of town!
If you're looking for savory, the Gulf Fish St. Peter (pictured) will hit the spot. If you want a sweet breakfast, the stuffed french toast is amazing, especially the cheesecake filling w/ blackberry.
