Front desk lady was not at all welcoming! Breakfast menu was very limited and not much vegetarian options

Water dripped from the ceiling on the second day. No hot water on the third day.

The front desk people were very courteous and extremely accommodating. However, the morning the day we left, the housekeeper lady, knocked on the door and spoke very rudely to us. We have stayed at this place many times and everytime we go to New Orleans. We will continue going there.

Clean rooms parking was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was OK. Staff was great.

Every one was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We did struggle a little with the air conditioning ( sometimes too warm sometimes too chilly). Parking was easy. We had stayed here before as the hotel is just a few blocks from our daughter’s house.

Loved this hotel! The location (gorgeous!), food options (Superior Grill next door), room amenities, layout and how well-cared for everything was. Super friendly front desk personnel, too.

The fire alarm went off during the middle of the night, I was staying on the 5th floor, walked down to the ground floor. Had to walk back up to the 5th. In the morning, the elevator was still not operational. Again, walked down to ground floor for breakfast and up again to gather my belongings. Thank goodness one of the elevators was working when I was ready to leave.

Im a local here in new otleans amd uptown theres two location accesibke to me. Being i eat at those location everyday for bteakfast. Its garbage the food they cook is hotbbley cold amd sloppy. There rude add hell when u try to talk to a mcdonalds staff meember. They always keep the frappe machine dirty so they dont have to clean it the people that work there act like monekey in a cage they have no work ethic not SKILLS no ANYTHING but somegow these trashy ass people that your franchise calls (workers) does bot have the mindset to work they cannot do simple task they have nooooooooososoo wprk ethic again like i said. These people r tuininh the way i look at mcdonalds and im tlking for 50% of thr people that walks thrue the doors at both diffrent places. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF. are you will lose good clients.

Its fast food. Theres minimal expectation. This particular location still finds ways of making me regret even considering going through the drive through. If you dont have 20 minutes to kill you might consider just driving a little further and going to claiborne.

This is one of the nicest most friendly establishments in the McDonald's restaurant chain they made the building fit the neighborhood so well.It looks like it's belongs on St Charles avenue.I would definitely recommend people to go here.The food was hot and well prepared.

You would think being on St Charles it would be decent but truth be told this is the worst of all the McDonald's. You can tell whoever owns this McDonald's has totally neglected it. The equipment looks old everything looks outdated broken, water is always on the floor it stinks the bathrooms look terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else because I wouldn't even put it past them that they probably don't even change the filters and their drink machines. Truly sad to see what has happened to a great chain. You should be ashamed to represent the golden arch.

The girl at the drive through spoke so much ghetto we couldn't understand her. We ask for an Oatmeal meal, and she literally said "A who?!" I understand an accent. I'm from the country so my southern drawl is very prominent, but let's at lease use decent wording. She made it clear it was making her mad to have to even work as we were the only ones there. The place was extremely dirty. I don't expect a lot considering McDonald's doesn't seem to care much about opinions, but this was pretty bad.
