Maison Perrier is the absolute best bed and breakfast! Everything is top-notch - from the wonderful hosts, the historic building, spotless and spacious room, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast, to safe and convenient location made our first visit to NOLA a truly awesome one. Plus the amazing Magazine street and historic trolley car just a few blocks walking distance away. We couldn't have found a better place to stay at in all of New Orleans. Southern hospitality at its finest - Tom helped us a ton with our needs even before we got there. Thank you Tom and Patricia!!

Beautiful place and great service. The owner, Tom made us feel right at home and the suite was very spacious and clean. The baked goods and quiches every day were very nice. Ive gotten used to hotels not offering breakfast or housekeeping during the stay, so this was a very welcome change of pace. Also it was a quick walk to the streetcar that takes you to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Our stay was very pleasant. If you prefer nice quiet neighborhood to the chain hotels in busy areas, this was exceptional. 5 - 10 minutes, you can walk and catch a trolly or bus to anywhere you want to go and helps saves $$$ with not having to pay the high parking costs in the tourist areas like the French quarter. There is a driveway for one car ( first come first serve) and street parking. Safe area. If you like the older style look and feel, this is perfect. Tom is great, very pleasant, and easy going. We received recommendatoins daily for music events. I can't speak for the breakfast options provided at this B&B as we found great places to enjoy different foods daily. Room was very nice and comfortable. We plan on staying here again on out next trip to NOLA.

Excellent experience the moment Tom greeted us at the door. The room was great, the stay was great, the breakfast was great. Very cozy friendly vibes. Tom showed us the Streetcar trolley routes, which really helped us save a ton of money traveling back and forth to French Quarter. And he went out of his way to give us a list of the best jazz shows each night. Tom single handedly turned a good trip into an amazing trip.

This B&B deserves more than the 3 stars. Tom and Patricia were very welcoming and made our stay more enjoyable. Tom provided us with a music list everyday and his recommendations were excellent. Breakfast was included in the price and we were able to choose what we wanted everyday. The room was very clean and spacious. New Orleans was incredible but the host made our stay more enjoyable if possible.

We loved our stay this last weekend! Tom and Patricia were very accommodating and polite.
Our room was top notch and the breakfast in the morning was a fantastic start to each day in New Orleans. Wouldn't change a thing...Not even the sticky front door :)

We have stayed at a number of bed and breakfasts in the garden district and cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the owners Tom and Patricia are! Great location. Jane and John

Convenient to the St. Charles trolly so you can easily and inexpensively access uptown or downtown. Loved not needing to uber everywhere. Had a lot of fun exploring the city during our 3 days there.
Bed: Rooms are beautiful decorated and staff are nice and attentive to guests needs. Pillows are super flat and you have to use the accent pillows to sleep at night.
Breakfast: 2 of 3 mornings, the breakfast was just ok. They hit it out of the park one morning, but the other two could have been better.
Other: bathroom floors are super slick when wet. The tile looks to be kitchen tile instead of bathroom. Both me and my husband slipped and my husband really hurt himself. We're lucky he didn't need to go to the ER.
Giving 3 stars because of the comfort of the pillows, the ok breakfast, and the slick floors. We felt the value of the stay vs. the price we paid did not even out.

This place is the best. I stay here every time I come to New Orleans . It's very clean and the staff is friendly. The owner Tom make it his business to learn you name and remembers if you return. He is very knowledgeable of the area and will help you find tours or tell how to get around.

Strong water pressure. Hot hot water. Excellent well informed and helpful owners. Breakfast was delicious. The location in uptown was beautiful, historic. Far away from the craziness of the quarter, but about a thirty minute street car ride away. The bathroom had new tile, bright white. Great price.

Great food! I had the catfish platter, and it was excellent. Happy hour specials are very good. The Bloody Mary is a meal in itself, for under $5. Friendly service, too.

This place has great parking in the back which makes it easy to get in and out of and the food is actually really good although be prepared you stand in line order your food and then go sit down. However the service was fast and friendly

Pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Clean, great service, good atmosphere and the beignets from the shop in the back are really good (both restaurants are connected through a door by the restrooms)

Although you are able to make reservations, my family and I just walked in the restaurant and were seated, with order placed, in about 10 minutes. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger, my Aunt Shirley got a Caesar salad, and my Aunt Susie got a chicken burger. Everyone loved their food, especially the garlic fries. They are to die for! After your meal, you can order a dessert, but everyone can get a free ice cream cone. The atmosphere is fun and interesting. My Aunt Susie, who's from out of town, went back the very next day. That should speak for itself.
