Great service, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is close to french quarter and staff is friendly.

The hospitality from the moment you walk in the door until check out is impeccable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and had all the amenities needed to feel like home. The hotel offered the perfect mix of relaxation and city energy. Every interaction felt genuine and the service was top notch from start to finish. It is a wonderful hotel, great location, well run, great food and drink, and beautiful decor. We’ll definitely be back!

The only positive was it was clean. Negatives...charged me a one night stay 2 days before I even checked in...never had a LQ do that before...guess I missed it in the fine print for this one...had to pay for parking which 2 nights cost almost as 6 days as cruise port parking...barely any water coming out of bathroom faucet & shower...and the worst charged $500 for smoking which did not happen...my husband has copd uses a cpap & a nebulizer breathing treatment machine...we knew this was a nonsmoking hotel...we prefer them for a reason...disputed charge with bank.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. Lobby of hotel is nice but rooms need major work. Worn down and dirty. Huge stains on the carpet and had a strange odor. Hair and debris on floor of room and bathroom. Also found stray hairs on clean towels. Notified staff and they “cleaned” it immediately. Looked like they vacuumed and mopped. Staff friendliness was hit or miss. Valet was extremely over priced and has hidden additional fees and taxes. Paid over $70 a night for valet when shown price was $50. Very limited breakfast options and coffee was not good. This hotel could be great but needs a lot of work. For the price it is not worth it. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great. Rooms are beautiful. But on floor 9th the ice machine doesn't work and in the room I was in, the toilet continuously runs. But the bartender was very nice and breakfast was great. I didn't make it to the pool. But will be going back soon.

Great place to stay if you’re in The Big Easy. The atmosphere is great, the staff was very helpful and the city was full of excitement. There was a $150 incidental fee but it comes back quick once you checkout. There is also a breakfast with juicers and waffle making. The beds in the room were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was spacious and the smell was …well there was no smell. lol you’ll enjoy your stay here just as I did mine.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, but overall, our stay at the hotel was just average.

Room were clean and spacious, bathrooms had no locks, can not control the air conditioner temperature. Since the hotel is in downtown, you have to pay an extra 55 dollars for parking. Breakfast was average with no microwave. Overall an average stay.

I was recently in New Orleans and placed a takeout order. When I got back to my hotel I discovered my entree was missing from my bag. The manager (Tara, I believe) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right for me. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service, and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back if I'm back in NOLA and HIGHLY recommend their food and service to anyone in the area.

I absolutely loved our experience. Chris took such great care of us and was an exceptional bartender. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and the surrounding area. It made it fun. I'll be back here every time when I'm in town. ?? Try the "small platter", it's amazing.

They couldn't have treated us better at Lüke.

Amazing cocktails and excellent food. We got the Chicken and Duck Liver Paté and a dozen oysters for their happy hour (75¢ half shell, 1/2 off cocktails and draft beer) and everything was delicious. So delicious, in fact, that we decided to get the Ricotta Gnocchi and another round of drinks.

They treated us like guests in their home, the server drew us up a list of recommendations for things to do in the city while on our honeymoon; plus a little champagne and chocolate dessert, which was a wonderful surprise.

We will definitely be coming back

Really excellent dining experience. The service was very good, attentive without being intrusive. We had the rabbit and chicken liver pate appetizer, which was creative and delicious. For entrees, we chose the shrimp and grits, and the Luke Burger. Both were probably the best examples of those two dishes we have ever had. Highly recommended!

Excellent overall. The Brussel sprouts were awesome! The duck duck rice was great. Very interesting rice texture, but the duck breast was average. I personally didn't care for the duck breast, but the dark meat was exceptional. The service was good. A little slow, but it was a busy time. The oysters seemed to be the biggest hit.

Some staff were nice. Food not seasoned at all as all the other good New Orleans restaurants. Red beans and Rice and gumbo is like a soup. You would think they’re cooking for a retirement home or nursing home because of the non flavor. Ham was the only decent flavored item. Have had much better in NOLA. Wouldn’t recommend anyone for anything here.

I really don't get the hype of this place. We had multiple people recommend this to us. We went for breakfast and I got the traditional breakfast. I asked for my eggs over medium and they were barely over easy. The grits were flavorless. The ham was amazing. I most disappointed by the biscuit. It was super dense and also flavorless. The service was meh.
20.11.2017 Peter
Excellent food, old style cafeteria food, red beans and rice, and ham is savory and delicious. Family friendly and clean. Don't worry about the line it goes fast. I could eat at Mother's everyday. Old style service takes time but the people are so nice. Great place to watch sports. Big tables in the back are great for groups.

This place was fantastic. Huge portions and truly authentic food. Not fancy, but awesome atmosphere. Our server was super pleasant and e of us ate til we were stuffed for 45.00. Yum! Can't wait to go back.

Came around 8:45 on a Sunday. Line was not long, but we still had one of our group hold a table for us. Ordering was super efficient and easy. I got the baked ham dinner with 3 sides and it was amazing. Way too much food for me to eat in one sitting. Table service for drink refills and anything you might need. Would absolutely go again.

Keep your receipt! It's how they know what to bring you!

Food was very good. Nice size portions couldn't finish my plate. Wife had an appy that was large enough for her dinner. And waitress (Allison) was best one we had since being here. Would recommend to anyone!

Went to Gospel Brunch my first missing in the city. A lot of the seats they're charging for have very very limited views. I had a fun brunch overall, and the music sounded great, but I couldn't see a thing. The buffet was hit and miss, some great stuff in there like the fried chicken, the mac and cheese, and the biscuits (oh god the biscuits). The real charmer here were the endless mimosas. A good touristy experience, ultimately felt a little cheap but I still had a good time and left with no regrets. I imagine the people sitting up front had a better time.
26.10.2017 Sarena
Pretty typical for a House of Blues, but I tend to like each House of Blues I've visited. This one has a beautiful, historic courtyard, and the interior is cool too. Fun bartender, even if he didn't know much about the beer list. Tasty food and mixed drinks. Seriously good music from Jason Bishop too!
14.10.2017 Shawn
The intricate layout is not confusing, but it is fun! It's a big venue and one of the best house of blues locations in my opinion. The artwork on the walls is interesting and modern, with a nod to the past. The media played on the TV's and put on stage all fit the aesthetic of whatever show is happening which is really cool. The bar was a little slow but it was understandable because a lot of people wanted drinks. I had a great night and would definitely attend another show.
30.09.2017 Kim
Went to the Gospel Brunch. My wife and I agree: This was the best brunch either if us had ever eaten. Think "Cruise Ship Quality "
The music program was authentic "Black Gospel" We're definitely going back next time we're in NOLA on a Sunday.
