I've read reviews after I booked my room. Good thing I only stayed to shower and sleep for a few hours. I couldn't stay here for more than a night. Check-in was super fast. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area. There's a lovely bar located right across the front desk, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a little bit of a weight for the elevators, but not that big of a deal. You have to scan your room card for the elevator to work. That's a plus. The hallway on my particular floor had tape on it and that was a turn off. The room was dated. The table in the room where one would usually eat something had crumbs stuck in the crevices. See pics. I slept well. The shower water pressure was average. The toiletries they provide was average. They provided a large amount of towels and that was good. The bed was comfortable. My view was horrible. When I come to Atlantic City again, I will never stay at Bally's. Security in the lobby were all friendly people. Parking was great. For $10 a night, you can't beat that compared to other hotels in AC.

We booked ocean-facing rooms through booking.com, but were given rooms overlooking the street and buildings. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked for a crib and was told because there were already two beds in the room they weren’t able to provide us with a crib due to fire hazard! It took them a long time to finally accept to give us the crib. Also, there are no seats in the lobby, so on the way out we had to sit on the stairs.
The room itself was OK, but low on supplies, e.g. one shampoo for a double-bed bedroom. The location was nice, however. I would probably not go back.

Been going to Bally's for a few years now and always a great time. Park Place Prime has excellent food and I highly recommend staying in one of the ocean view rooms. This place isn't perfect by an means, but I will say its a 3-3.5 star hotel casino that I've always had 5 stars of fun at.

I stayed at Bally’s as its location was the most convenient for me to get to and from the convention center.

My hotel room was on the 42nd floor. It was OK, but there was some mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built. The dark blue carpeting had a lot of stains on it I needed to be vacuumed a lot better. The television didn’t work in my room on the majority of the stations which was fine cause I just watched Netflix on my iPad.

Fortunately, the room smelled clean. I was grateful no one smoked in it or had a pet in there and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

The check-in process was very long as they only had two people checking in and about 30 people on line.

Good news, on the side, there are two stations that you can do express check-in. Just make sure you have your ID and it matches your reservation number Exactly as it states. It would be awesome if I could pick my own room based on the pictures that you show on your website.

I went to breakfast at the only restaurant that was open and had a wonderful omelette. My server Wills was kind and respectful And did exactly what I asked. I tipped him 30% of my breakfast order in cash and he was very happy.

The price of my hotel room was fantastic. I paid $140 for one night, including fees. I thought that was a deal.

The hotel itself was dead so it was a little creepy walking around at night by myself. Having music playing would be a great addition as it would live in up the hotel. Especially the walkways to and from the casino from the parking lot.

Parking lot could also use a lot more lights.

If you are a workout person note that the gym is not open this time of the year during the week. Nor is the pool.

Enjoyed our stay here at Ballys, hotel itself is ok but could use some improvement with answering guest needs, stayed here 3 days and needed towels and trash picked up, no one answers phones, so you have to go downstairs to front desk and still just hope and pray you get what you need. Lots of smoking inside hotel casino area so I stayed away from there, had my lil one so did not like that at all.
location is great…we did have nice view and direct access to a beautiful beach, very walkable with food, drinks and several venues for shopping. Walked up and down the boardwalk very fun.

The hotel is a bit dared. The room had peeling wall paper, ancient furniture except the TV. As with most hotels these days, there is no microwave, no lotion, shampoo, or mouth wash.
Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone at the front desk.
The biggest inconvenience was the lack of eateries after dinners. In fact, the only thing is open after 9 pm except Dunkin Donuts . Most of the bars and restaurants were scarce or abandoned.

check in is super super slow and it is NOT due to long queues but simply that the reception is taking her own sweet time. refused to accept my credit card that has my christian name (not in passport) on it that i have been using the same for the past 3 decades worldwide with no problem at all. refused to accept cash too. 🥸 the next hotel that i stayed in, has no such problem. 😏

Wonderful food and service. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The chicken Sausalito was delicious (though a bit spicy...though I like it that way) and my boyfriend enjoyed the carne asada steak. The portions were very generous and filling. Worth the walk♡

The food was good but the service was horrible. Our waitress was Cynthia and she was very rude, she was not able to answer any questions we had. While we looked at some other waiter who was attentive, he was speaking about specials and drinks they had to offer. Our waitress didn't come to check on us even once. Not to mention, we were placed right outside kitchen so my dad who was sitting on exterior side had to stand up multiple times during our time there.

If you're thinking about going here...Don't think about it any more...Nike this and Just DO IT!!! Food is amazing!! Service is wonderful! Oh did I mention the portions are on point?!? Make sure to Tell JP I said whats up and tip him well as he deserves..he will be attentive and helpful even if you have a little one with you he will engage them as well. Walked in a month ago and was pleasantly surprised. I had the salmon where this Diamond in the rough chef prepared with magic I think. Awesome is an understatement. The waiter JP is so friendly TRUST his suggestions you will not be disappointed!! This is my new favorite place in all the world...

Honestly..as weird as it sounds, I primarily travel to A.C just to eat here. The salad bar is an amazing deal. Great drinks for Happy Hour. Burgers, unique appetizers and steaks. Close proximity to outlet mall and Caesars Palace. Great place for groups and families.

Broccoli soup - taste disgusting..... cold and looks like a glue. Steak was overdone, I ordered Medium it came well done i guess...... the place is sticky and dirty, we had a stomach flu after eating there... expansive for the quality. The waiter was sleepy..... unpleasant experience, don't go there.

First time I have visited a Ruby Tuesday. Our waiter was great. Older guy...but very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the menu. Gave us a few suggestions. Made us feel very welcome. My husband and I loved the atmosphere, cozy place. May be because it was a weekday and not crowded. Did not feel pressured to leave by the waiter as it was raining "cats and dogs". Food was great and plenty. We loved the steak!.

Broccoli Cheddar soup is a joke. Mildly warm not hot like soup should be. And wasn't even soup more like cheese sauce with chopped broccoli mixed in with some shredded cheddar on top that wouldn't melt.

Johnny Rockets on the Boulavard is a very crowded popular place to dine for lunch and dinner. The Burgers and Fry's are very tasty at this fast food establishment. The service is very slow there. If your looking for a quick bit to eat you may have to wait an extended period of time for your food. My experience was the food was good but worth the wait.

The food here is great. They serve their famous milkshakes as great as usual and all of the food is cooked perfectly. The wait service was very pleasant and courteous. The only problem was the wait for food. Other than that it was fine. There is also a walkup window to get food on the boardwalk.

Their burgers are juicy, fresh and tasty! It's the best burgers that I have eaten in U.S. so far! Milk shake is a little too sweet but nice. The service of the tall server was good! There could be a line but we were lucky to miss it as it started forming after we got a table. Will go there again if I go to Atlantic City. Nice place by the beach and next to the casinos.
