Great! If I will travel in Philadelphia next time, I will choose this hotel again.

The evening receptionist was terrible. We registered two people when we made the reservation, and the room only had one free bottle of water. We asked for another, but the receptionist said they don't offer free water! We asked her about the bottle of water in the room, and she said it might have been left by another guest or the waiter! Don't they clean up after other guests? The next day, we ran into the waiter and asked her directly. She was very nice and apologized, saying she didn't know there were two people staying and that they would arrange water for two people in our room! Attitude is really important; treating guests like ****** is terrible! I love this hotel, and this was my second stay, but I was "shocked" by the evening receptionist! Such attitude is unacceptable and I can't give a good review!

The best person in the hotel is the lady who cleans the room. The African American at the front desk has a terrible attitude. She is ****** and laughs at customers. The hotel deducts money for no reason and steals the customer's credit card and refuses to admit it. It's a very bad experience.

The front desk staff Robert and house keeping staffs are incredibly nice and friendly. They solved many problems during my stay, but unfortunately this hotel is old

Very nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful.

Rooms are a bit on the small side, and bathrooms are very tight. Room was missing a few standard amenities like body wash, and the sink was somewhat dirty with the hair of previous guests.

For the last 6 years my fiancée and I have celebrated our anniversary here, and it’s always been memorable! Excellent appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I’ve tried most of the menu, but always come back to the Steak Fritz because it’s amazing. I always order it medium rare, and each time it’s been cooked to perfection. I can’t recommend Parc highly enough. Sure, you can spend more money at other restaurants but you won’t get a better meal and experience than here.

Delicious and nice service. Lively and lovely atmosphere. Busy and a bit noisy at times. If you like quiet and solitude this is not the place for you. But if you want to be in the middle of a party, which I do, it’s a great place. Good people watching inside and out.

Food is good. Busy and loud. Service always nice. Recommend the salmon sandwich with aioli. Outside seating available. Staff busy but attentive. Hostess to greet you. Space is tight. Take out friendly. Nice bathrooms. Pricing is moderate for the area with entrees between $25-$38. Portions were large. Dress is casual. Repeat customer x 4.

Very good food, we grazed the appetizer menu and split a salad, then went back for a cheeseburger to go from the bar for a late snack. Good Wine, very good service. I would recommend going early or getting reservations.

Good spot to grab a drink or eat some bar food during the day, on weekend nights they play the chart topping songs with a good blend of Hip Hop and Pop

Cool place. Their food and drinks are consistently good, although their hummus could be better. Everything seems really clean, including the bathrooms. Table service can be slow. They clear the tables out of the way at 10pm to make more standing and dancing room. Bathrooms are unisex.

Had a wonderful business lunch here. Enjoyed the Teriyaki Salmon 'Bento Bite', others had great Sushi rolls. Unobtrusive and efficient service. The 3 tiny dessert sampler of your choice is a delicious treat.

Great and knowledgeable service. We had the edamame trio, miso soup, lettuce wraps and four rolls... the Kennett square, snot white, lobster wasabi and one other. All were fresh, delicious and beautifully presented.

This establishment has the best sushi that I've ever had. Everything from appetizer to dessert was great. Wonderful customer service and overall good atmosphere. It has a chic and stylish decor throughout. The price point was a bit higher than other places, but hey it's Rittenhouse square. Service was also a bit slow, but it was a busy Friday night so that is to be expected. I will definitely be going back soon.

Over all, not great. My family and I went after my college graduation to celebrate, there were 7 of us and we were the only people in there. We got there early for our reservation so we decided to have a drink at the bar and the bartender was not friendly and very off putting. He disappeared for like half an hour while we were still at the bar. We sit and wanted to change the seating they had and the server gave us serious attitude about it. Reminder: we were literally the only people in there so it's not like we were taking up space for other parties. The whole time the server was rude and had a serious attitude problem. It was some of my family's first time having sushi so they were having issues and he didn't help at all. The food was small and mediocre, I literally left hungry. The dessert was one bite of food. This was the ONLY time we have tipped less than 20% and it was very deserved. Would not recommend.
