Reviews
But just to add, our housekeeper was very accommodating and extremely friendly!
There's been 10-15 min waits for the elevator on the 13th Street side. There was a 15-20 wait to be seated for the buffet brunch at 13.
It's probably not always like this, but the chaotic environment and long waits have been kinda frustrating. If you don't need all the services, the Residence Inn and Courtyard are around the corner.

But, what I really appreciate about this place is the friendliness of the staff. They're prompt and always willing to help. This week, when I needed to store flowers to surprise someone, they even offered to hold them for me so that the surprise would work well.
