Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City

The carpet in the room was not clean.

Once I was able to obtain the suite I was pleased with, the stay was excellent! However, I had to personally request the fiore suite in a high floor in the original tower because although that type of suite was available, they gave me a low floor at first. Customer service was exceptional. They were able to accommodate my request with understanding and kindness. They also offered me a late check-out, which we really appreciated. I recommend using the beautiful, modern facilities at the new tower (restaurant and bar, indoor pool, gym), but not a stay there as the hallway and rooms have a motel-like appearance... very different from the original Borgata tower.

My wife and I came the night before a comedy show. Unfortunately, the weather for the following day was going to be abysmal. My wife had booked this through a 3rd party as a gift for my birthday
Months ago as a surprise and this was very unexpected. After explaining this to Maria C, the operator/res specialist, she went above and beyond to help us out. Extremely kind, professional and beyond respectful. We felt important— we felt heard. Being in the hospitality industry, this exemplifies exactly what customer service should be. Power to Maria C!!!

The Borgata Hotel and Casino is a beautiful casino located off the boardwalk in a very nice serene safe area. The Borgata has a host of knowledgeable friendly staff and security, who are always ready to help meet your needs.

My family and I stayed in on the classic Borgata side of the hotel. The Borgata does has a beautiful renovated MGM tower as well. On the Bogata side, their hotel rooms are a little older than the MGM Tower, yet well maintained. Our room was nice and clean. Thank you housekeeping staff! We just traveled over the holiday season, which I'm so glad we made this decision, because I fell absolutely in love with their gorgeous Holiday decor dazzling throughout the hotel!

The Bogata hotel and casino (outside of their plentiful gambling areas) offers great entertainment, dining, pool, gym and spa options. I consider the Bogata hotel to be very family friendly as well!

When you are ready to eat, The Borgata offers many dining options to indulge in from breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention their bakery's in various locations which are bursting with delicious desserts! If you're one to have a huge appetite, please pay a visit the Borgata hotel's buffet. I promise that it will be close to impossible to eat all that's available. Borgata has one of the best buffets located in Atlantic City! Thank you chef's for your hugs of love delivered through your various meal choices!

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway at The Borgata during the Christmas season! The entire property felt festive and magical, beautifully decorated and full of holiday spirit. The Christmas show was truly lovely, fun, well-done, and perfect for getting everyone into the holiday mood. The restaurants were outstanding with incredible food, great service, and plenty of options for everyone in our family. From the entertainment to the dining to simply enjoying the atmosphere, it was a fantastic experience all around. We had a great time as a family and would absolutely recommend The Borgata for a holiday escape!

I've been staying here for the past 3 years one weekend a year for a workplace christmas party and its always a blast. The lobby bar is a lot of fun with amazing live music. The drinks were always made right and the steak dinner is always delicious in the casino. Slot machines are always fun and you can't beat that smoking section in case you didn't want to go outside for a smoke. I can't wait to go back next year!

Great experience! The show and the food was excellent. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend getaway.

I stayed in a suite, so the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the TV didn't connect via Bluetooth, so I couldn't watch what I wanted. Other hotels had TVs that were conveniently connected, so that was the biggest disappointment. I also found the pool and gym access hours to be a bit too short, which was a bit disappointing.
