Boardwalk Resorts Atlantic Palace in Atlantic City

The bathroom is dated and could use updating, but the view of the ocean and boardwalk made up for any shortcoming.

Room was good and clean enjoyed our stay parking is tight if you have a large vehicle information desk service was good but staff working on floors and in elevators through passing are very rude people are on vacation and from different places so may be lost or alittle frazzled elevator system hold only 6 people at a time and you can be stuck waiting half hour to get down to lobby sighns are in the elevator but not knowing and just getting on any elevator that opens will have staff and regulars talking nasty and rude to you other then that our stay was good and parking garage attendants where very polite and helpful which we appreciated.

Located right on the Boardwalk in the middle of all the casinos. Great access to go shopping, walking, to the beach when the weather is pretty. Great views when you book the beachside rooms. Atlantic City is not the greatest place far from the BW, but who comes here for much else? The Bell Hops are wonderful and have their job down pat. The front desk is great and security has a presence. They lack a concierge to help direct you to the local sites and best restaurants. Maybe they have one in the spring/summer, but we went in March. They do have a kid's activity room and a director who was gearing up for Easter weekend. The pool is on the 3rd floor deck and outside so it was still closed. The exercise room is a good size but looked to only have ellipticals, treadmills, and recumbent bikes, no weights or circuit types machines that I could see from the door. Overall, we would come back, but definitely during the warmer months.
