Reviews
From the moment I stepped into the Ritz Carlton on Broad Street, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. Nestled in the heart of Philadelphia, this luxurious hotel not only offers stunning accommodations but also a unique experience that reflects the rich culture and history of the city.
My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is. As the sun set, the city transformed into a sea of twinkling lights, creating a magical backdrop that made my evenings unforgettable.
The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush furnishings to the exquisite decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, which included a well-stocked mini-bar and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and high-quality toiletries.
One of the standout features of the Ritz Carlton is its staff. Each member I encountered was genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services, their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, enhancing my overall experience in Philadelphia.
Dining at the hotel was a delight, particularly the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious array of options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The ambiance of the dining area was inviting, making it a perfect start to the day.
Location-wise, the Ritz Carlton is ideally situated. It’s within walking distance to several cultural landmarks, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the historic district. This convenience allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture effortlessly.
In conclusion, my stay at the Ritz Carlton on Broad Street was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, exceptional service, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Philadelphia. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in the City of Brotherly Love. I can't wait to return!
Thanks to the valet parking team outstanding service and care.
If we weren’t considered guests, then what exactly were we? The Ritz-Carlton is known for its exceptional customer service, but this experience was far from that standard. I often entertain clients at this bar, but after this incident, I will never return. We left and went to the Four Seasons, where the service was impeccable, and we were treated like true guests.
There were several occasions where I called downstairs for something--towels, bath mat. Then no one ever came to my room. I had to call multiple times just to get a damn bath mat sent up to my room and I had to complain about how I was being ignored just to get a rise out of anyone. The elevators are also soo slow. There is no lobby area separate from the hotel restaurant where you can just sit and lounge.
All in all, this place really sucks. This is not a Ritz Carlton--only in price.
