This place was awesome. The view from my room was amazing. Evening was very helpful from room service to security. They all helped me with figuring out where to go, lol. This place is really big so much to see just in side the casino. I always have a hard time sleeping in hotels but not this place. They're beds and pillows were very comfortable. I don't gamble but I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in town for another conversation. Thank you

I recently had a two night stay at oceans and was underwhelmed with my room. There was stain carpet by desk area, stain on bathroom wall by sinks. Everytime I washed my face I had to look up at this stain which was an eye soar. The service was just ok, there was no one at concierge on my first night there. The front desk agents were not polite and barely smiled as if they didn’t want to be there. On my second night there was no power between 3 to 7am because they were doing electrical work. If I had known this I would have not booked a stay. This information should have been posted on site, not have signs up throughout hotel for already existing guests. I had an excellent stay over the summer and a clean room. I couldn’t wait to check out on Wednesday morning. Just disappointed and would not recommend oceans ever again.

This is my favorite casino /hotel in AC.
The hotel- The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The check in is usually good. The service is great. The spa/bath house is lovely and priced accordingly. The views are great in every room I have been in.
The casino- high ceilings, good assortment of games. The sports book doesn’t have a comfortable area to sit which is a shame, but the screens are quality. There are also some good restaurants on the property. The floor never feels too crowded even when it’s packed. There are not as many table games as I see at some casinos, but it never looks like they are all full.
The property feels well maintained, and clean. Unfortunately like all AC casinos they allow smoking, but there are places to get away from the stink of cigarettes. I would love if they went back to smoke free.

Great stay overall. The rooms were roomy, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent views. There are decent food options on property, along with convenient shops and a Starbucks. Customer service was great—everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

4th of July and birthday weekend trip. We booked the king contemporary room. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was ready at checkin time. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Fabulous inlet view with the huge floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, big shower, and water closet. We were on the 39th floor and catching an elevator is no problem. The resort is huge but easily navigable. We dined at Wahlburgers and Villian & Saint. Food at both places was great and reasonably priced. Even with a holiday weekend we were able to dine at the time we wanted without a long wait. Caffeccino is open 24 hours so it was great to grab early morning coffee and a pastry or a late night snack. The birthday bar was fun. They gave me a free happy birthday sash to wear. It was cool walking around the casino floor having strangers wishing me a happy birthday. I signed up right away for the rewards card. This gives you discounted parking if you drive there. The beach was clean and we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. This was my first time staying at this resort and I would definitely go back again!
