Love, love, love, this place. Each floor is like its own art gallery. I love walking around and just looking at the art. It's also in a great location. Walking around the area at night can be a little scary because of the homeless people sleeping on the streets, but the staff said the area is safe. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and plenty of parks within walking distance.

Just a quick pit stop on our way home but the device was top notch! We ordered room service as well and it was delicious! Would recommend for a quick or long stay! We’ll be back for sure!

The staff was fine but unfortunately the room was advertised on ******* as King w/Terrace and that's not what the room was. It was a King with a Terrace facing view. Unfortunately, we had to check out as that's not what we wanted. Thankfully, the hotel was kind enough to issue us a refund. But it would be better to make that clear on the booking.

Fantastic luxury hotel in downtown Charlotte. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Rooftop bar amazing. Great check in staff

The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal.
The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue.
Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded.

Brunette that checked me in…hates me! I complained on her once for putting me in an handicap room and it’s been bad service ever since.

Anytime she checks me in she gives me the worst room possible.

Paid over $500 for this horrible room!

We suppose to get an upgrade and it felt like a downgrade.
Room was smelly, dirty, hot and carpet was in horrible shape…
only plus is the valet is 24hours and always good.

I’m taking a break from Bohemian …..maybe forever.

The staff were excellent, the decor was very nice, and the beds were comfy. The room let in a bit too much noise. We stayed two nights and both nights I awoke to voices between 3 and 4 AM, that I think were coming from outside, but might have been from down the hall. I also did not enjoy being nickel-and-dimed on little things that are often complementary at nicer hotels. Bottles of water were $7. Basic internet was $10 per day. Parking was $48 a night, and if you get into the overflow lot, takes 5-10 minutes for you to get your car back. That was after a nightmare of trying to use their valet parking upon arrival, which required getting in a queue that wrapped around the block, while competing with traffic coming from the other directions. Some of these things can't be helped, but it didn't lead to the most relaxing stay.

Good sized room, very clean throughout the hotel. Blackout drapes on the windows keep it nice and dark during daylight hours. Incredibly polite and helpful staff all around.

Downside is that the windows do not filter much if any street noise. Even 9 floors up there was LOUD bar music playing till 2am every night.

We went her with a friend from out of town. We chose this place because of their reputation and we were very disappointed. The service was not good at all. The manager came over to let us know there was an issue with our entrees order being out in which caused them to take a long time. When they finally came out the steak we ordered medium well was rare and had to be sent back. Over none of us were happy with our appetizers or our dinners. This was just up to par, we would not to back. The Capital Grill and Ruth's Chris are a block away, I would recommend either if those over this place.

In the heart of Uptown and exceeded what you may expect from this chain restaurant. It may be a chain but very hard to tell by the great food, drinks and incredible staff. They have one of the best Happy Hours. Does not matter if they are slow or packed they know how to take care of the cliental. Very clean from the front to the back and they pay attention to their restrooms.

Great atmosphere, amazing appetizers (had almost all of them). Matt, our server was amazing and friendly.

I didnt give 5 stars because the hostesses were unfriendly and rude. Im not sure if this was because we are a mixed race couple--but my girlfriend said she felt the two women of color "gave her a funny look"

Fantastic brunch here on Sunday. Usually when I dine alone most restaurants don’t treat you as well. But not here! I felt at home. Samuel, my waiter was great! He took great care of me. He truly made this a 5 Star experience. The food was fantastic. The Death by Pork Biscuits and Gravy was out of this word. A very filling dish. Overall a great experience and I will be back.

Awesome service and Wonderful food! My wife and I dined there for our Wedding Anniversary. Our server Sadie was SUPER!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and wish there was a location in the city where we live. They are #1 on our list for dining when we return and visit Charlotte again.
