Food is decent; sometimes even really good if they take the time to get it heated through. My biggest complaint is customer service - they have no concept of how to attract and retain customers. There is an older gentleman who works the register whom I have seen be extremely rude to people, and yelling at his staff - some of whom I assume to be family (perhaps a wife and sons). If you have an issue with someone working for you, take it to a private place to 'discuss'. Don't embarrass them in front of other employees, and especially in front of customers. They also seem to have a lot of turnover in the kitchen - basically because of how they are treated at times. As for the food - it's good if they don't rush the food through the oven when they get really busy. I've learned to go before noon if I want my pizza heated through all the way. Prices are a bit higher than expected, but they do use quality ingredients and you get free refills on drinks. It's totally self-serve - except for them bringing out your order - so no tipping required. I do tip at the register sometimes if I get lucky and get someone pleasant. I think the food is the only reason they stay in business - it's not the service, for sure.

It's ok but not great. Not too flavorful. There a seating area outside in the back which is nice.
