Hi! The room was very clean but the staff friendliness was what made our stay outstanding. Personable, genuine and always going above and beyond to be helpful

My 10 year old mentioned it several times as well! And kids tell the truth! We all noticed

After getting off the phone, I went back in to look at the current rates for places again and seeing one charging zero dollars, and I was booking it for two nights so I jumped on it and it showed that I only had to pay $1

There wasn't a headboard (which is fine by me) but good luck parking in the wildest parking garage I've ever seen with the amount of tiny spots due to columns

so at the hotel, I was explaining that to the gentleman who checked me in who happened to be a supervisor and I had asked him if I could have a late check out and he asked how late of a check out I wanted, I commented as late as you couldn’t give it to me because I needed the break away, so he gave me a very generous late checkout that was very appreciated

This is a hidden gem! Such attentive service. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had (get the breakfast burrito!) and really pretty river view. Has a nice walking path along the river and the fire pit is going all day.

Completely no-contact stay thanks to the Hilton app. Room was clean, comfortable and well soundproofed (important due to being right next to PDX). Gated entry provided extra piece of mind.

Big room, it is too big room, if there are more furniture will be perfectt, stay here is not bad, nice and clean like Hilton hotel as always

Love the rooms, updated, clean, great friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch sack they provided. Look forward to my next visit there. Maybe I'll use the pools or hot tub or fitness center

Super convenient near by Airport and friendly staff

Coffee is provided 24 hours a day~ Breakfast is simple and good, and it's good that it starts early~ The bed is also comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and good~ I want to visit again~ ❤️❤️🙏👍 It's close to the airport, so it's great, and the price is good~ It's clean and the service is good~ I'm very satisfied~ You can eat welcome drinks/fruits, etc

Alaskan Airlines paid for our stay. We did not have to pay. But I would do it again they made me feel like I was there to win. You can't go wrong. Lovely place to stay. Your manager was the most Pleasant to work with

First time to a Tapestry Collection. This property was remodeled 3 years ago and I could tell. The bathroom was clean and lovely. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. And no overpowering scents anywhere

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, very clean. Shower is seperate from the tub in the rooms we've stayed in. The restaurant has good drinks, not watered down like some places

I would be less grumble grumble about paying the pet fee if more places left like a treat bag and poo bags, maybe a water dish and unfortunately our stay did not include that

Spacious and clean room, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the waterfront next to a lovely waterfront biking/walking trail. We had a great time.

Staff were very friendly. Room is quite functional and can fit up to 6 people. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the gym.

This property is well maintained and did offer continental breakfast, which did work for our needs. Location and parking were good, not far from the airport. We will stay again when in the area!

The hotel was really nice overall, the front desk was really helpful and accommodating, the door man was  polite, and the value was there, especially if you’re doing things downtown in the Pearl District

com as we booked the stay with breakfast stated as included but the hotel reception said they had not provided breakfast for a long time, since Covid19 started. They needed to sort this between themselves

However, the manager was gracious to refund us the cost of breakfast at a nearby cafe. The location of the hotel was near to a number of bus stops for different directions

The location is quite suitable and convenient. The room is in good condition. The big bed is very comfortable, the pillows are very soft, and the hygiene is very clean

Thankfully, being tall, I could reach above the door to pull the pocket door out, but that’s going to be problematic if you’re a shorter person

There is an atmosphere of class in this small classic hotel. The decorating is tasteful interesting and aproperate

My return flight in the evening, there was no place to go after check-out, so I asked the front desk, the manager postponed me until the afternoon check-out, thank you very much, the hotel very good

I had an early flight so proximity to the airport was good. The neighborhood was a bit interesting/questionable but not too bad. The hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable

Upon checking in, the staff member that greeted us seemed to be in a bad mood. They didn’t give us any information on the pool or breakfast. They merely handed us our key and then went into the back

The pool and hot tub were open and it was nice, can’t say anything for the coffee or breakfast as we didn’t know the times and were more interested in other local breakfast options anyways

Lovely place, atmosphere and service

Very clean room and modern deco. Location is convenient to PDX (among a number of other airport hotels brands). In room features are mostly automatic - lighting turns off automatically if empty

The window unit AC/Heater is loud. Again, could hear the units of the rooms to either side. If you’re a heavy sleeper, and aren’t bothered by all the random noises you’ll hear, you’ll probably like this location

Too soft with no structure to the mattress. Woke up with a sore back due to the weird position my body ended up in. Can tell it’s just a low quality mattress

The hotel is otherwise nice, the breakfast was good, and the service was great. For me, that’s what makes it 3 stars vs 2

So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car

Everything is pretty old and run down. Breakfast was in an Underground Room without any Sunlight. Rooms where clean. Whole building neeeds renovation honestly, would not book again.

We couldn’t even find the pool or jacuzzi — signage and directions are very poor. We couldn’t use the lobby restroom. When we asked the front desk, they said, “The door sometimes gets stuck,” but made no effort to help

Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good

Staff and location made this seemingly brand new hotel shine. Checked in late and our room type wasn’t available so they found an even better room for us

At breakfast—which is delicious and complimentary—one of the team members gave our son a small stuffy (didn’t see that coming). The rooms seem like they’ve never been used; they felt brand new! Location was great too

Great location in the Pearl district and close to all things Portland. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good

We first came to the Oxford for the location, but we have returned several times for the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly, helpful staff.

Came in on business for a week and was impressed on how nice the staff is. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver was amazing and very helpful. His recommendation of place to go was not disappointing

We stayed one night at the Oxford Suites. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was nice with good water pressure. Omelette bar was nice surprise at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean suite. The beds were very comfortable, parking was spendy but also convenient and close. The staff were all extra friendly. We will definitely stay again

for some reason incidentals went from $40 a night to $150 as long with a $49 parking fee so it was $200 extra in fees I don’t know why things changed all of a sudden they said we were getting apt of snacks but we honesty only got snacks once or twice

Elevators fast and don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly but we asked for laundry bags but waited for so long at least 40 minutes. Breakfast area is good and food was ok. But not that many options to eat

Parking fee I think is 39-40? It was ok but still don’t get it why we need to pay for parking fee when you stay in the hotel( but I guess most of hotels are like that) I wish they had paper slippers in the room

poor thing she will be trained by a woman like that! If I were u guys I would teach that lady customer service 101 before she teaches the new hires to be as rude as she was

The breakfast was great and the location was good, so I was able to go anywhere without any inconvenience. I recommend this hotel as a good hotel for a family trip.

I would definitely stay at a Country Inn again, more specifically, if I ever go back to Portland I will stay in this hotel. I would compare it to a Marriott

Had a great weekend because of best location, breakfast excellent & comfortable bed.

The house is a bit old, but the facilities are very good. The swimming pool and HOT TUB are great. The airport shuttle is very convenient and easy to find. The hotel staff are also very nice.

We like this place and stay here often. Free airport shuttle, good bed, good breakfast, big television. We find that it is much easier before flights to stay here the night before

A hotel near the airport, not bad.

As an airport hotel, the facilities and services are in line with expectations. There is a 24-hour airport pick-up service, but the breakfast is not even as simple as a motel, which is quite surprising.

Just here for a brief overnight stay. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selection was not overdone and food was fresh and tasty

I was quite impressed with the comfort of both the mattresses and pillows. Wow, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast bar is fair

I realize powdered eggs are often used in places such as this, but overall it was good with a decent assortment of things to choose from

Shower has good pressure and super hot, nothing fancy but checks two of my 5 boxes, it gets a 7 of 10. Over all I would try to stay farther from The airport and main interstate if I did it again

Home2 Suites by Hilton Portland Airport, Oregon, was very convenient for a quick overnight stay. The Home2 airport shuttle was also very helpful.

Stay was great, better than what some of the reviews said, no concern with cleanliness, but ******* charged me $60 more for the stay than what I would have paid if I booked directly with Home2

The room fee has been settled with Ctrip before check-in. When checking in, a credit card prepayment deposit was provided, but when checking out, another fee was deducted for no reason (it was a repeated deduction)

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Great location! Close to the road to the waterfalls and there is a train station a block away that takes you into downtown. No need hassling to find parking in downtown

Clean, comfortable room. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants. 5-minute walk from the Mt. Hood MAX station.

After that, Ctrip customer service assisted in the inquiry and is currently pursuing recovery

The walk back from the train was well lit and wide open and felt safe both day and night

Everything was satisfactory with the room with the exception of only having towels for one shower, so I had to go find the maid to ask for another set of towels

There were 3 dark hairs on one of the towels in the bathroom. That was gross. Other than that, the place was totally fine for an overnight stay.

The staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone

Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them

The parking lot was safe. TV's remote was new and very easy to use. Had single closed captioning button without having to go through eight steps of settings screens.

The price range for rooms has a high end and a low end to fit even a tight budget. It's a very nice hotel for the price. The place is in need of some renovations, but by no means is it unacceptable

Nobody has said anything about me and my boyfriend taking our breakfast to our room, because our social anxiety. The breakfast room is frequently crowded and has a slightly limited spread

The best room here has a Jacuzzi and that's really sweet. Portland Suites Airport East is in a walkable area; there is a variety of stores and eateries within a few blocks

There were a lot of people in the hotel so kind of busy, and also hallway was little bit smelly Due to thrown away trash in the trashcan next to the elevator. However, the hotel itself was very nice

Yes the breakfast was fresh daily with options to eat healthier, our room was nice and spacious, the hot tub was nice and hot the pool was great! It was nice to use the hot tub and pool anytime

The gym was big enough to do my stretches for the day. It was nice to have a laundry facility. The staff were very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to use the shuttle
