The room is ok but bed is not clean from my point of view. There are hair and dust under the pillow which freak me out a little. Overall is ok but we can find details that are not well cleaned when get closer check

Great location in the Pearl district and close to all things Portland. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. I wish they had a hot tub to relax in after a long day, but otherwise a great stay.

The location of hotel was perfect. Room was cleanliness. I just did not like the noise from heating at night , it was loud that made me could not sleep well.

This is my second time staying at the Residence Inn in Portland. The room was beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing and very kind.

Leakage problems on the day of check-in. Chaos at the hotel reception. There was no minimum conditions for checking in. I requested cancellation and refund through the Trip.com App and they did not accept the cancellation of the reservation. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service.

Airport shuttles must be booked in advance by phone

I stayed here for one night because my flight from PDX to Japan was early in the morning. I was able to check in without needing an ID or a deposit, probably because I had made a reservation. They don't speak Japanese, but I recommend it for people who can communicate in English. Also, they offer coffee, fruit, and muffins near the entrance, so you can have breakfast instead.

Inflation is quite serious in the United States, and hotel prices are very high, almost twice as much as in China.

The house is a bit old, but the facilities are very good. The swimming pool and HOT TUB are great. The airport shuttle is very convenient and easy to find. The hotel staff are also very nice.

Friendly staff and great amenities! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A enjoyable place to relax in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices.

We first came to the Oxford for the location, but we have returned several times for the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel rooms are divided into new and old sections, and Trip members are treated differently. Diamond members' rooms are not as good as regular members' rooms. Easy to get to from the airport, staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and nice but very load. We are on the freeway side, between the road traffic and planes we had to leave the TV on. Two things I rate hotels on are the bed and the shower. Bed is harder and has made me soar when waking up, not horrible but not great probably a 5 out of 10. Just here for a brief overnight stay. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selection was not overdone and food was fresh and tasty. I'm happy with my decision to stay here and will stay here again.

I was quite impressed with the comfort of both the mattresses and pillows. Wow, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast bar is fair. I realize powdered eggs are often used in places such as this, but overall it was good with a decent assortment of things to choose from. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful while I was there.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Great location! Close to the road to the waterfalls and there is a train station a block away that takes you into downtown. No need hassling to find parking in downtown. The walk back from the train was well lit and wide open and felt safe both day and night.

The property was clean and well kept. We liked the convenience of the airport shuttle and that it was near the airport. Gave 4 stars for “family friendly” because it appeared to be more geared towards business travelers, because of the large desk in the room and the rough neighborhood that it’s located in. Also the bed was suppose to be a queen, but felt more like a full size.

Has a pool and hot tub that close at midnight. Place gas huge rooms and very nice and cozy. Half way renivated rooms. Price is excellent for what this place is and for what it gas to offer. Well run. Clean rooms and reasonable price

Locations convenient for bus riders or short car rides. Rooms are what you need. Bathroom bed sink and shower. They come with a mini fridge and microwave. Management is pretty strict with guests hours but that is due to the previous tenants really taking advantage of anything they could.

You cant have guests passed 10pm. That's weird.

It's a beautiful place to stay and it's not expensive

This is an older motel owned by a nice family. Rooms are dated but clean, with mini fridges, fans and AC. The TV doesn't have local channels, but they have Wi-Fi and you can stream your services on the TV. Great location for what I've needed, and the room was a great value. Thank you!

One complaint- I could not locate a plug in for the bathroom. So using a curling iron was very difficult since the only mirror was in the bathroom. But other than that- great value

This hotel may be in an iffy neighborhood, but you would never know once you set foot on the property. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The property is well maintained and the manager is spunky sweet, she definitely cares about her guests! Very worth the price!

Room was very nice and clean and while we didn't have time to use the kitchenette it was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. While the area was not so good and there was nothing to do in walking distance, no incidents occurred. The motel is situated in an area with plenty to do within driving or train distance (station right outside). For the price this is a great find.

This motel is mistakenly rated as a 1: it should be 2, at least. We've stayed twice, once in a king room, and then in a king suite. Very clean, with perfectly adequate beds and linens. The bathrooms worked well. The WiFi was fine. There were no negatives. If I'm back in Portland, I'll return here.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with convenient transportation around. One bad experience is that the hotel deducted some unknown fees from the withholding without notice (except for the room fee, there were no other additional fees). I found out after returning home! 😓Everyone should pay more attention when checking out and remember to keep the receipt.

Yes the breakfast was fresh daily with options to eat healthier, our room was nice and spacious, the hot tub was nice and hot the pool was great! It was nice to use the hot tub and pool anytime. The gym was big enough to do my stretches for the day. It was nice to have a laundry facility. The staff were very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to use the shuttle.
