Check in was great, the food and drinks were excellent. The room wasnt fully cleaned, hair in bathroom drain and bathroom not very clean. Counter was dirty as well, but everything else was fine. They charged me from somethibg from the mini bar yet I didnt take anything. I had snacks, drinks and food so the mini bar/ snax were unnecessary. I still really like the hotel and would try it one more time...

The hotel was very nice. The only complaits was no cold water, noisy and not very let friendly on the outside.

The room was only average. It had a very odd layout, but was comfortable enough. The platform bed was low and a little soft. The heat pump head unit pumped out air that was not great--rather like a sewer. (I can only imagine it might be affected by all of the rain.) We had a great day and everything we did was within walking distance or quick Uber away. The staff was always friendly and helpful with recommendations The Photo Booth is a nice touch and I had a blast reading through secret messages in the loft library. We are definitely coming back!

This hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The room was very hip, which both my husband and I loved. It even had a record player! Stayed for one night. The gym is a little small, a single room with couple of treadmills and some dumbbells.

Red Lion Hotel is a super convenient hotel with a free shuttle for late arrivals/early departures to/from PDX. There's not much to do around the area in terms of food or entertainment, but UberEats is a viable option. If you need somewhere to sleep after or before a flight, Red Lion Hotel is a great choice!

The location is great for anyone who has an early morning flight for Portland International Airport. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the room size was generously large.

I rented 2 rooms in December, of 2025 love that fact that is close to the airport make it so easy and convenient. One of the rooms the water of the shower wasn't working no running water I spoke to the front dest they gave me no solution not even a new room with running water or part of my money back, I had to get my children shower in my room. Every single staff member was amazing. My room was both adorable and comfortable. I thought I would be sacrificing a bit of comfort for how cool it looked - and I'm okay with that. But it had it all. The team usually pushes you to join their timeshare presentations and you’re asked to pay for wifi if you’re not an “owner” (member). Generally kind of an uncomfortable setting. I’d rather get a normal hotel next time.

The room was clean, but the bed uncomfortable. There wasn't any hand sanitizer and the second floor ice machine was broken. The river view was nice, and the climate control was easy to understand. There wasn't a headboard (which is fine by me) but good luck parking in the wildest parking garage I've ever seen with the amount of tiny spots due to columns.

We had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the staff, who were incredibly polite and friendly throughout our visit. However, we did notice a couple of maintenance issues: the bathtub was clogged upon our arrival, and the bathroom door made a bit of a strange noise. I had an early flight so proximity to the airport was good. The neighborhood was a bit interesting/questionable but not too bad. The hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable. Because I had to leave so early, it would have been nice to have some food items to go. I'm guessing that a fair number of guests stay here for the airport - so I don't think I'm the only guest with this request.

This is a modern, clean property close to the intersection of two interstate highways, with onsite parking. Although our room faced a highway and light rail line, the sound insulation was good and we could hardly hear the traffic. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

I was able to manuever around other guests inside the property. The bottom floor of my stay was interesting that I actually got more privacy than the top floor of my previous stay.
