Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Stadium in Nashville

I have to give 1 star even though No Stars needed for this horrible experience. I never stayed in this motel. they charged me and gave me a room and after I seen the room it had blood stains on the bed and the maid was still so called cleaning the rooms with putting the same sheets back on the bed. The guy at the front desk said he would refund my money and a week later, I still have no refund. I called and spoke to him and he said I stayed in the room. I never stayed, because I rented another motel an hour later. He hung up in my face. He was so unprofessional. I will call the BBB on him.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to and the guy at the front desk was an absolute jerk. This is not a "get what you pay for" experience. This is HORRIBLE. I wasn't expecting amazing for the price point, but I was expecting clean and bug free.
First, we arrived at 1:30pm from out of town and asked if we could check in early (check in was at 3pm). He didn't even look up from the desk, he just said, "No. Check in is at 3." I asked if he could check to see if maybe our room was ready early and he again said, "No. Check in is at 3." So we left with a pretty lame first impression.

But, then it got so much worse. We came back just before 4pm and checked into our room. We walked in, looked around, took pictures of the disgusting nature of the room and turned around and left. We immediately cancelled our room and went to stay somewhere else.

3. Stains all in the sheets
4. BED BUGS IN THE BED!!!
5. Mildew and something drippy on the wall

There is no amount of savings that would have kept me in this hotel. We left ended up staying about 10 min outside of town for about the same price and had a MUCH nicer hotel (cleaner, but still an economy hotel). I cannot imagine what rooms would have even merited a 3-star review. Our room was so gross! That, plus the epic jerk at the front desk earned the Knights Inn a 1-star...and I will never stay at a Knights Inn again. I was really disappointed that they are part of the Wyndham brand, which is usually much better than this.

If you don't know the signs of bed bugs and cockroaches don't bother you, then stay here. Newly remodeled but still disgusting. Walked in, was anticipating both these things. didn't see much. Did a mattress check, found bed bug poop marks on the mattress as well as a small dead one along the seam. That was the the straw, honestly. Then as we discussed the plan I see this fancy motel cockroach behind my boyfriend. NOPE! They were very quick to give a refund of our $250+ dollar a night fee. I was told this is the first compliant and by some of the reviews, I know it's not. It was literally the only place to stay within an hour of Nashville, we left, rented a car and drove an hour to not stay at this gross place.
