Room was cold and heat didn’t work well. Also there was filthy bathroom and the bed had a smell to it. We didn’t know what to do so we tried to make the best of it. Super disappointed

I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel I got the most out of my buck. I had a beautiful view of Dallas from the 31st floor. I loved the pool. I went mid January. I had a heated pool all to myself both mornings I swam. Pool is located on the 32nd floor, so also a beautiful view! The location was perfect. I tried to stay in the area as much as possible. Downtown is sketchy at night so be careful. Breakfast was good. I ordered. I did not get the buffet. The waitress was really nice. The hotel and room were clean. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed. I asked for an upgrade on my room, when I checked in. The attendant gave me one even though I paid through a third party. The attendants downstairs were so nice. Vallet guys were great. No complaints.

Overall great stay. Our rooms were not ready when checking in at 7pm but only had to wait about 15mins so that was no big deal. Easy to walk to several attractions and easy to park.

I had an amazing stay at the Westin. The front desk receptionist, Deborah, did an incredible job accommodating our room with special touches such as communicating with the kitchen to get us a charcuterie board, getting us bath robes, upgrading us to a bigger room, and even went out of her way to write us a customized note to celebrate our weekend. They truly do care about their guests and I highly recommend anyone wanting a great weekend in the city to stay at the Westin downtown!

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever written a poor review before but the stay I had here was endlessly disappointing. For perspective I stay in hotels for work more than 50-60 days out of the year.
From the time I checked in with an unfriendly front desk staff member who provided me with no explanation of the hotel amenities, to having to repeatedly reactivate my card to enable in/out parking access, having to ask my room be cleaned after a week staying at the property, lukewarm water temperature to shower in and the unexpected notice that the pool was closed, it’s a big stretch calling this a 4-star hotel. Trust me - treat yourself and stay somewhere else.

This is the worst Westin I have ever been to. First, the room I booked was not available so instead of a King room, my husband and I were sent to a room with two Queens. A similar thing happened to someone else who was checking in before us, except he reserved a suite and was told it was not available. When we arrived, the room was an absolute mess. Beds clearly slept in, trash everywhere, pee in the toilet, and towels in the shower. It was appalling. We called down to the front desk and Clayton was very apologetic and was able to get us into another room (he is the only reason this is not a 1-star review). Even in our second room, the floors in the bathroom felt greasy and the shower curtain holes were ripped so the shower curtain did not hang completely. We left our do not disturb sign off the next day so the room could be service, yet when we returned, no such thing had occurred. These are simple things I expect from a 4-star hotel and when paying as much as we did per night. I will never come back to this location, and likely never to a Westin again.

The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was. Overall, a really nice stay!

Had 1/2 lb of brisket. Below the average quality and portion seemed a bit small (possibly, other place were just giving me some extra). No issue with a service, though, as in few previous comments. Overall, acceptable.

Overpriced, terrible service you can tell they don't want to be there and couldn't care less about serving you. Portions have gotten smaller and smaller. I paid $15 for "3 meat" combo and barely got anything. Not worth the price, take your business elsewhere

Been here about 3 different times, sloooooow every time, bathrooms have been down every time and crowded eeeeverytime. I guess the only good thing has been it’s within walking distance so I dont have to find a new parking spot while working DT.

When they say freaky fast that is and understatement lol. I. Ordered my sandwich they immediately started it and before I could pull out my payment my sandwich was right in my face ready to eat! The ingredients were very fresh and I definitely enjoyed the fast service!

Called for delivery and the lady was super rude. Hung up on me after saying they don't deliver to a hotel (Lorenzo) that is 0.66mil away from location. eaten at JJ a ton of times prior, but this lady blew it for JJ for me from here forward. Best of luck to everyone else

I don't normally write reviews but this place has disappointed me one too many times. I've never had a bad experience with JJs until I moved here and tried this one. They always mess up some part of my order, and today was by far the worst.
I ordered a veggie sub (#6) with hot peppers. What came was cheese, avocado, and hot peppers on stale bread - stale enough that they had to cut the ends off before passing it off to me. So where are the veggies, you may ask? I'm wondering that too. If the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers that normally come on a veggie were rotten, I'm glad they didn't put them on my sandwich. BUT AT LEAST CALL AND TELL ME SO I CAN CHANGE MY ORDER. Who wants a veggie sub without veggies?!?! And the avocado is turning brown anyway. I would've liked a chance to pick something worth eating instead of throwing away $9. I'm very disappointed, and I can't believe they would think it's ok to serve something like this. You can do better, Jimmy John's.

Food is delicious and waiters are nice. Unfortunately the first face you see as soon as you walk in is not. Extremely rude Hispanic girl with long hair, she is on her phone and does not greet or say 1 single word. Walks us to our table and walks off. I am starting to believe she is mute because we come every week and I have yet to hear her voice. Very very rude, unwelcoming, & unprofessional. Customer service is everything in a business and she definitely does not belong at the front as a hostess.

Service was lacking.. nice girl but she kept forgetting our orders. She was patient with us though. Chicken on a stick was good, rolls were good, and we had fun. Love this location right in the heart of the city!

The happy hour deals are ridiculous, in a good way. Not only is it longer than your typical happy hour but the deals are remarkable.
Decent sushi and extensive menu. Parking is particularly difficult so I would suggest riding the dart rail, which drops off literally right outside, or uber.
They are always packed at happy hour so either try to make a reservation or arrive an hour before it starts.

Come see Aboo ?... best bartender in town! Fast, nice pour on that alcohol, he's on it! Food is super delicious! Come to happy hour and you won't be disappointed. Great specials, servers, and food! Late night also A-1 ?

Delicious food! I love the variety of choices and the healthy selection of vegetarian options. It's located in an interesting part of town. 4-stars since I've only been here once but it could potentially earn a better rating soon!
