It was a great experience since we were there for Dallas Market. We had excellent customer service and the rooms were nice. We will definitely go back!

No amenities
No water bottles in the room . No microwave . No iron bar in the bathtub.it is dangerous for the old people to take showers . No free wifi , No breakfast available. Only one small restaurent for 550 rooms . They know how to milk the customers . For 4 bottles water they charged 20 dollars .

Had a problem with door to room. Lock wouldn’t open. Anytime I had to get into my room, would take 6 or 7 attempts.

No microwave in the entire facility, if you order food and can’t eat it all at the time it’s a waste because there isn’t a way to reheat your food and for $300 a night I should be able to reheat my food

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room had a great view and the staff was friendly. James, one of the front desk staff, was a great guide and gave us some really interesting places to visit! We also loved the restaurant at the hotel.

Stayed at the Renaissance for 2 nights and had a great experience. Very busy hotel due to its convenient location close to the highway and downtown. The hotel was clean and looked new. It is a high rise building with a very efficient elevator system. There was literally no wait for elevators. I chose an adjoining room and both rooms were very spacious. I loved how clean and nice the bathrooms were, although not overly large they were still a good size. The staff were polite and respectful. You have to pay for parking. I chose valet so it was a little extra. Overall it was great and I would definitely stay here again.

The food is lovely and the staff attentive to needs of diners. Used complimentary dinner voucher but they still charged to my credit card, luckily the hotel clarified and the charges cancelled. Better to check.

Excellent burger served on a gluten free bun (you don't have to ask for it that way). A bit pricey for a burger and fries, but it was tasty.
