I found eyelashes in my room’s floor, but other than that the room was very clean

Great hotel! Excellent and honest staff! We left our phones in the car, and the valet returned them to us!!

Room and proper where clean and comfortable. There was a huge event going on in the area so a ton of people and traffic. They had everything we needed at the hotel including great food.

They still had Christmas decorations up and it made it so much more memorable for my son! He loved everything about our stay from the food to the view. Definitely made a yearly tradition.

I was unable to keep the reservation due to family illness. I cancelled with front desk of property two nights prior and was told there was not penalty. I received a notice that funds were withdrawn three days after original reservation date. It was charged full amount for “no show”. I called back to dispute the charge and was initially denied, but then told by front desk management had agreed to refund due to issues. Still no refund

I spent most of this week at a conference in this hotel. I had an opportunity to enjoy the steakhouse, bar, and breakfast restaurant. All were top-notch. My room was fantastic and the condition of the entire property was excellent.

The conference breakfast and lunch were also among the best I’ve had during conference trips. Ft Worth is a place I’d like to visit with family and friends when I have more time, and I’ll stay at the Omni.

There isn’t a better hotel than Omni Fort Worth. Besides being absolutely beautiful, the team goes way above and beyond. They made our special stay an unforgettable memory of a lifetime. Halle Grace welcomed us, and we knew from her kind presence we were in very good hands.
