Front Desk Mr. Kevin was superb and truly top-notch with his service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely return again because of the wonderful experience he provided.

Hotel was under construction I reseved a disability room for my son but all the rooms with disability were under construction pool was closed gym room was under construction Water cut several times toilet water was so high that make hard to use They have to give back half of the money but very poor customer service i am not using this hotel again break fast was not very good same things every day .

Given different room than shown in pictures. Told room i booked ( king suite with jacuzzi) was “broken”. Called days in advance to make sure early check in was ok - assured it was no problem at all. At check in the staff was livid that another staff noted it was ok. Berated me and made me wait close to an hour while she helped other guests and complained about “ I have things to do and this is the 9th early check in I’ve had to do!”. I kindly told her i understand her frustration but i am also frustrated driving 4 hours to be berated, and having to take the wrong room due to lack of time to change it. I told her she should bring the problem to her managers attention, not a guests. She seemed to be having a bad day, and was set up for failure apparently but i will never book through trip advisor again. The room was disgusting!

Although the hotel is clean and it serves a good breakfast, we decided to rate it low for the following reasons: 1. Poor service - The desk help seemed more interested in smoking outside and talking on their phone (for 5-10 minutes or more) than waiting on multiple customers at the desk. 2. Low water pressure. The toilets are rigged with some gizmo that allegedly is designed to increase water pressure. Instead, the water pressure was so low that it took 3 flushes to flush a single piece of toilet paper. The sink barely ran and the shower also had low water pressure. 3. The bathroom door wouldn't shut.

I want to remark how welcomed and cared we felt thanks to Jacky, the lovely lady at the front desk; we had few issues with our room (ac leakeage and wet carpet floor) and she rapidly changed our room.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was professional. No issues during a two day stay. The heart of that business is Ms Jackie at the front desk. She is welcoming and interacts with everyone.

The accommodations and service were very good. It was easy getting to various locations. Having breakfast provided each morning was a benefit which saved us money each day! Will be back!

Short drive to Galleria and other points of interest inside Beltway 8. Nearby businesses seem to be 50% strip clubs; however, this did not affect our stay. Facility was clean, and pretty quiet outside the occasional kid running down the hall. A/C worked a charm, but was very loud. Finicky keycard for room. Standard but serviceable Continental breakfast; terrible coffee. Overall, good value for the location. If you want nicer, you're going to have to spend more.

Poor water pressure, smoking happens and management doesn't care, people yelling outside at night and tow trucks take away non-permitted cars and set off car alarms in the process. Only real good things are the quality of the room interiors. Basically, comfortable rooms but poor environment.
