Room was clean and staff were great, but black out blind in room was broken so hard to sleep with bright lights right outside window. Also shower water never got hot!

Staff was good but the beds and the smell is the room was bad. Smelled musty almost. The shower didn’t really have hot water just barely warm. Breakfast was ok.

Our room was perfect. The area around this hotel is a little sketchy, but they offer gated parking for an extra charge.

Room was good and clean, only thing was the pillows were very flat took 3 of them to make it work . The afternoon staff were very friendly and made it easy to check in.

Our Room door was left open by house keeping. Mind you they didn’t even clean the room. When I talked to management they said oh they must have been distracted and didn’t end up cleaning your room. That was not my complaint my complaint was leaving my hotel room door open all afternoon until we returned to find it open.

Worst Subway ever. I m hardcore subway fan in general. Have been here 6-7 times since my nearest one. Everytime workers are so careless.
1) They don't know how many slices of tomato s cucumber s to put in sandwiches.
2) put too much dressing without asking (happened 3-4 times out of 6-7 times)
3) Tend to give less meat for the ones with scoop measurements (eg, chicken teriyaki, looks like not intentionally but carelessly).
I think Subway trainers should train them well how to serve sandwich.

This place has slipped as of late. Used to go to this one every few months but this last time it was below average for a subway and I go to different subways often.
The two workers there were trying and courteous but slightly overwhelmed. Main problem was they were out or nearly out of many different ingredients (like only 2 kinds of cheese left, out of some breads, and half of Veggies gone). The ones that were there seemed less than fresh. It was a bit late at 8:45 pm but seems more like management issue here rather than employees.
Considering there are 4+ subways within 5 min drive it will be a while before I give this one another shot.

They really need some lessons on how to make subway sandwiches especially cutting breads. They just do not listen to you and put whatever veggies wherever (not evenly distributed in whole sandwich) they want to and same with sauces, also burns the sandwiches while toasting lot of times. Moreover, they need to have extra person during lunch ours since there is always a long line. Also they don't like to change their gloves.

Subway has always been a great place to go for cold sandwiches. However, i just cant subside to lousy service. The functional layout of how a subway operates is pretty simple. As i stood in line during lunch, Not only did i witness several customers get ignored and orders made incorrectly. But as i should have known, My experience and order came out, lets say it nicely, not to be as expected.

Friendly staff & service!!! The Filipino food selection here is excellent, and in addition, they also make there own Filipino baked goods here! They also have Joy's Boutique, on-site at the restaurant, which sells South Sea Pearls, custom-made jewelry, ladies accessories, Filipino women's dresses, and men's Barong dress shirts.

One of the women working there today (maybe in her 60s) had VERY POOR customer service. My husband asked her nicely if they had a certain delicacy, with a flat affect she just rudely said NO,; good thing another employee overhead us and offered to help. If she didn't want to help promote their merchandise and assist customers, she shouldn't be there then.

I come and eat/visit my friends, the owners and all the other workers in this restaurant/bakery. When I want my native food or Filipino foods, I come to this one every time I'm in the area. I never fail to visit with them whenever we are downtown Houston. It gives me the feeling of "home in the Philippines" when I see all my friends, and eat the foods.

The buffet was small. Choices were limited. Some interesting options on the buffet. I liked the okra and shrimp, but everything else was just ok. Pork seems to be a staple, but most of it was very fatty. I was told the egg rolls were a special order item for $9, so I ordered them. After I was done with my meal, I noticed they put egg rolls on the buffet. Not cool! My sister's friend recommended a dessert called hala hala. It was an interesting concoction of many desserts in one. It had different kinds of jellies, crushed ice, coconut milk, ice cream, flan. I wouldn't get it again.

I went in to get a serving of meat to go with vegetables I had left over from dinner. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and informed me what would be more cost effective to complete my lunch. They also have a buffet that if you have time you can sit and enjoy ...
