Absolutely horrible no hot water and the hotel took our money plus a deposit without telling us! We found out other guests checking in we're leaving we did not even take our luggage up and immediately demanded refund. The clerk said he processed refund d to Trip.com and I would have to get them to call them and get refund!!!! I have made several calls and still NO REFUND and they have had our money for 5 DAYS!!! AL.OST A WEEK I AM MORE THAN DISSATISFIED AFTER I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED THE BOOKING, THE DENIED THROUGH THERE APP PROCESS AND MADE A OTHER BOOKING AT SAME HOTEL SAME DATES ETC. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO SO. UPSET BECAUSE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT HOTEL AND PROCESS THE REFUNDS AND MONEY FOR INCONVENIENCES THIS JAS CAUSED. we were immediately put in a safety concern and monies tied up, we had traveled for a very important family event with children !!! Can not be without hot water! The property was in Houston and not getting hot water from Thursday til Monday!!@@@ we could not find any rooms after 5 hotel due to Rodeo going on in Houston! We were there for wedding!!!!! Excuses and the run around if you want this! Book with Trip a d pick Marriott Quality Inn in Houston Tx Westchase!!!!

i paid for 5 nights and only stayed 3 and they didn’t refund me my money!! They also have roaches and their keys don’t work to the rooms we switched rooms 3 different times!!

I was told one thing over the phone and treated horrible in person, the owner, manager was very rude to me. And another thing to point out, nobody was in their, no one was staying their.

The hotel had a bad sewage smell. the sheets were stained and there wasn't any hot water (I was told the whole hotel didn't have it) The night front desk attendant was very rude and unconcern.

My reservation was hard to find then denied so another type of room was given not the one I reserved. It was too late to look around for another hotel.

The gentlemen that helped me was so nice, very helpful, however the next day the Hispanic lady in the front desk was so short and rude. You could tell she thinks she owns the hotel and looked very unhappy to be there. Very poor customer service skills, She needs someone to train her on how you are suppose to talk to paying customers. I paid to be there it was not free the least I expect is courteous customer service. Disappointing.

Great customer service. I just expected the hotel room itself to be cleaner. When we were there the first night, we found some lip-gloss & a ring by the bed. Let's you know the room was not cleaned completely.

The staff is so nice to change the room to the third floor when I found out the rooms in the second floor has 3 roaches. Third floor is clean, second floor needs to clean

Hotel was very dirty had roaches in the hallway and in my room. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Will not stay there ever again. And do not recommend anyone staying there no matter how low your budget.

We are customers since my first pregnancy in 2012, they have tasty sushi, salads, deserts, and seafood. The. Atmosphere and service is friendly. Totally recommended.

Restaurant offers a decent selection of sushi, seafoods, beef and one or two kinds of chicken. Service is up to par and you get free refills for soft drinks that just keep coming without having to ask. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Their quality is back to what it was before. Last time I was there it wasn’t worth the price. So I started going to Tokyo Japan instead. Today I decided to give it a second chance and I was glad to see they are back in the game. They now have a variety of sushi. Crab legs and cream brûlée are back ?my favorites. Tokyo one is back in my list of favorite restaurants.

We had a dinner here today for the first time. The food was so great, especially the blue crabs. I’ve never tried them before. They showed me how to eat those crabs properly. I was told they have a new owner. All staffs were friendly and provided high quality of service !

The Asian styled wings, fried shrimp, salmon & tuna sushi, udon noodle soup, fried squid rings were our favorites. There were a ton of options and a good majority were very tasty! The coconut sago & flan were delicious desserts. They had vegetarian options that looked good but I wanted to fill up on the seafood.
Wait staff regularly took our finished plates and the overall atmosphere was open and relaxed.
