Great room and great location that is very accessible from the I-10 freeway. We enjoyed our stay but past midnight, we could hear loud noises coming from many guest walking the hallway. This woke me up and made going back to sleep somewhat a challenge. I would give less than a 5 star but when I told this to Sendy upon check out, she apologized for the inconvenience and informed me that she would add extra points for the inconvenience. Sendy is a class act and knows how to take care of customers and members. Bravo Zulu, Sendy!!!!!

Really good actually! The room was super clean, kitchen was perfect for me, and breakfast was solid. Would definitely stay again

The front desk was very welcoming and very nice. However, our room was not as clean, there was like brown stuff in the wall by the bed. And when turning the ac it was very loud in living room and also the heat did not work.

The entire location was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The hotel was clean, my room was setup perfectly with kitchen, bed, and a place where my friend could work quietly while I recovered from oral surgery.

Staff was always attentive and kind!

I will definitely be returning!

We went to Houston to visit some friends. We stayed there two nights. The check-in process was fast and easy. The room was very Chan and comfortable although not fancy. If had a kitchen with anything necessary for an extended stay. The bathroom had a bath tub which is a bit dated but it was very clean. The few people we got in contact with w the breakfast was ok they offered some protein, fresh oatmeal , fruit, waffles, coffee and others. The food was ok.in general our stag was pleasant and we will most likely return to this property next time we vist Houston.

The room was okay but there were no cups, paper towels, lotion in the room. I come to expect these types of amenities at Residence Inns. The breakfast was not very appetizing. I understand snout cutting cost but the quality was not there.

The breakfast was good with a varied selection of offerings. The had a nice workout room that allowed me to lift weights and get 30 minutes on the stationary bike and treadmill.

Breakfast was wonderful, the room was very clean and staff were super friendly. Only problem really was that you couldn't access the southbound road to the highway.
