Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon down at the Omni for the weekend of 02/20/26. We had a great view of downtown and the closeness of restaurants and things to do added on to our positive experience staying there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The bar staff are very passionate about their craft when it comes to drinks. Parking was accessible and we had no issues getting in and out of the hotel.

Our stay at Omni Dallas Hotel was absolutely incredible. My husband and I chose it to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed with a build-your-own bouquet and a glass of champagne, which immediately made the experience feel special. A guitarist played soulful music in the lounge, creating a warm and elegant ambiance. Our room was stunning, offering beautiful views of the downtown Dallas skyline. To top it off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The staff even called to ensure the room met our expectations, which was a thoughtful touch that truly stood out.

The exceptional service continued throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. We also enjoyed a fantastic brunch at Texas Spice, where there was an impressive variety of options, including a made-to-order omelet station.

We are so grateful for the way the team truly “rolled out the red carpet” to make our anniversary celebration memorable and special. It was an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay. While we were checking in, Raymond noticed my bouquet of roses and asked about the occasion. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. He found us the best view and surprised us with complimentary sweets, which made us feel truly valued.

The room was beautiful, the views and pool area were incredible, and check-out was seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a delightful stay! The staff at the Omni Dallas really went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay extra special. We continue to be very impressed. Our last stay was incredible as well, and they rose to the occasion again and created a second magical experience that we will be talking about for the rest of our lives. We cannot fully express how thankful we are. The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job - the room was spotlessly clean. We highly recommend it!

Me and my wife stayed at Omni Dallas Hotel to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and everything was perfect! They kindly gave us early check-in since we had a 2 PM spa appointment (check-in was at 4 PM), which we truly appreciated.
The spa experience was absolutely excellent—relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind and celebrate together. Every staff member made us feel pampered and well taken care of.
Also the staff truly made our day special with a surprise of cake, beverages and sweets in our room. Incredible service, beautiful hotel, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

Convenient location and was perfect for attending business meetings held nearby convention centre

The room was very comfortable, with a great view of the Reunion Tower. The hotel service was excellent, with hairdryers, irons, microwaves, and a swimming pool.
