The Adolphus, Autograph Collection in Dallas

Been here about 3 different times, sloooooow every time, bathrooms have been down every time and crowded eeeeverytime. I guess the only good thing has been it’s within walking distance so I dont have to find a new parking spot while working DT.

Called for delivery and the lady was super rude. Hung up on me after saying they don't deliver to a hotel (Lorenzo) that is 0.66mil away from location. eaten at JJ a ton of times prior, but this lady blew it for JJ for me from here forward. Best of luck to everyone else

I don't normally write reviews but this place has disappointed me one too many times. I've never had a bad experience with JJs until I moved here and tried this one. They always mess up some part of my order, and today was by far the worst.

I ordered a veggie sub (#6) with hot peppers. What came was cheese, avocado, and hot peppers on stale bread - stale enough that they had to cut the ends off before passing it off to me. So where are the veggies, you may ask? I'm wondering that too. If the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers that normally come on a veggie were rotten, I'm glad they didn't put them on my sandwich. BUT AT LEAST CALL AND TELL ME SO I CAN CHANGE MY ORDER. Who wants a veggie sub without veggies?!?! And the avocado is turning brown anyway. I would've liked a chance to pick something worth eating instead of throwing away $9. I'm very disappointed, and I can't believe they would think it's ok to serve something like this. You can do better, Jimmy John's.

Food is delicious and waiters are nice. Unfortunately the first face you see as soon as you walk in is not. Extremely rude Hispanic girl with long hair, she is on her phone and does not greet or say 1 single word. Walks us to our table and walks off. I am starting to believe she is mute because we come every week and I have yet to hear her voice. Very very rude, unwelcoming, & unprofessional. Customer service is everything in a business and she definitely does not belong at the front as a hostess.
