Excellent location in the city center

The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to anywhere. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was clean, cute, and had a great atmosphere. The courtyard and lobby were also very charming, and I would have loved to sit there all day if I had the time. However, while there was shampoo, there was no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.

The Menger is currently undergoing construction outside of it so be aware of the extra noise (bring sound machines). We stayed in the presidential suite. Everything was great the service was excellent.

Clean room and overall I had a good stay. The shower would turn lukewarm here and there. The ac turned on and off quite a bit and was somewhat obnoxious

Average stay Room seems a little out dated. Carpet in room didn't look great. TV didn't work the entire stay. This was the best available in the area at the price. I wouldn't stay here again.

Fantastic location, larger rooms, Friendly Staff! Balcony rooms offer terrific views of the Riverwalk. Onsite Bistro for breakfast and evening dinner/lounge. Or, best - easy access to the many restaurants along St. Mary's and the Riverwalk.

My husband and I booked for SanJapan this year, and we loved our stay! All staff were professional, kind and accommodating the entire weekend. I called a few days before to request a lower floor ( I have a huge fear of elevators), and they were able to quickly change our room to the lowest floor possible. The room was clean, cold and quiet which was lovely. We hope to stay again next year!

All was a great weekend. Only one small discrepancy was when I arrived into the room on Sat afternoon to turn on the a/c unit.  I worked just fine but it had a sour smell blowing out from the unit. We left for dinner and came back and the smell wasn't as strong  as before we left., but it can still be smelled abit. I recommend looking to get it fixed.

The bed was very comfortable, mattress was just right, not too firm, not too soft, the bedding clean, fresh, soft. The pillows were disappointing, however, providing little to no support. Despite this challenge, we were able to get a good night's sleep.Towels were also fresh, clean, soft. Staff was friendly.

We had a great weekend in San Antonio thanks to the Holiday Inn Sea World. Everyone at the hotel took outstanding care of our little group. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the food was great. The shuttle bus took us back and forth so we didn't have to worry about parking. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. A big thank you to all the staff!

The front desk service is friendly, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the water for bathing is smooth. The key is that it is within 10 minutes of the tourist attraction. It is a good budget hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from the River center Mall and Alamo. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The only drawback is it’s a little pricey and the fire alarm got accidentally turned on at 7 AM our first morning. The hotel has free coffee, water and tea in your room. There’s also a mini fridge in the room.

I started staying at this location years ago because it’s conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, it’s like staying with family.

Hotel was good, everything is dated. TVs are small and only have limited cable channels. Both the soap and conditioner were empty in the shower, yet they leave a card asking for a tip for the cleaning service. They also charge you to park, which seems like money grab to me since they have a parking lot that is hidden and right in front of the hotel.

Just ok Really nothing more than just a room. Price was not any cheaper than a full service hotel in a better part of town. The bar and the restaurant were both allegedly undergoing renovation so really no services here other than your room.

It was clean and affordable. The rooms were quiet and the kitchenette was more than ample. I recommend it for anyone. Only downside is that don’t offer king beds.

I really like the style of room decoration, which pays great attention to details. The tableware is fully equipped and easy to use.

The food at the hotel is relatively good. It’s just that there aren’t many choices of tea bags. For some reason, the tea bags I drank on the first day no longer appear, leaving only one choice. The location should be good for local tourists. There is parking for cars and easy access. Neat and clean, and bright.

The check-in experience was terrible. After checking in, I was told my personal information couldn't be found, and I waited in the lobby for an hour. I would have submitted an excellent however enspit of me asking for the room to be cleaned no one came the day i scheduled it. I stayed over 4 days and still the room wasn't serviced.

The best thing was the room. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. It was clean and plenty of space for two people. The staff was happy and helpful.

It was a good deal for the week we stayed there but definitely a "get what you pay for" experience. The rooms definitely could use a renovation, or even just some upgrades (for example, the TVs were small and old). Also breakfast ends pretty early (8:30). Check-in was very easy, staff was very nice and even gave us a sheet with information about visiting the AF base to make it easier. The rooms were clean, had a mini fridge and microwave in them. The A/C worked well and we had no trouble with parking.
