The room was on the top floor, and the air conditioner was ringing all night and could not be adjusted. The location was good, the breakfast buffet was very rich, with snacks, fruits, and smoked salmon, and the breakfast service was very good.

Overall it was clean and the room was spacious, so it was great. I arrived at the hotel early and just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was grateful that I was allowed to check in. The only problems were that the elevators never came, and even when they did come on the lower floors they were full and I couldn't get on, and there was a line of people waiting for the elevator from below. Beautiful view . The only discrepancy was that the refrigerator never got cold so all of my food which was really good food, spoiled. Room was Great!!! We had one minor maintenance issue with the AC, but was handled very quickly. We left some clothes and that was handled very well!!

This hotel is in poor repair. Our room was less than clean. No one has been vacuuming under the curtains because a pill box was found in my moms room and debris in ours. The mirror and light sconces in our bathroom were extremely crooked and there was toilet paper fragments on the wall. Other places in the halls and interior need new coats of paint and hotel ran out of hot water by 11pm.

The room and staff were what one would expect of a Hilton. Our attempt at breakfast, however, fell far short of satisfactory. Coffee, oatmeal and eggs were essentially at room temperature, i.e., cold. Our young waitress attempted to correct the issue with cold coffee but that was not the case.

Stayed at the AC Hotel in San Antonio... I usually stay at AC Hotels in Ginza, but okay, I guess it's not too bad considering this one has a self-service washer and dryer. The Riverwalk Plaza was a beautiful, historical hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with all questions and concerns. It’s walking distance to the Riverwalk which is a HUGE bonus. There is also onsite dining options. I had the best blueberry latte I have ever had at the cafe on location. The next time I find myself in San Antonio, I will definitely be staying here again!

The window made a noise it was loose we had to put paper one it to stop making the noise. The closet doors did not close. The bathroom door was hard to move to close. Light bulb to floor lamp was out. Valet was good the guys were great.

The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point.

The hotel was a little old, not apt for the price. Rooms are smaller than expected.

The check-in experience was terrible. After checking in, I was told my personal information couldn't be found, and I waited in the lobby for an hour. After finally checking in, I was seated by the pool, where people were playing music and talking late at night – it was unsafe and very noisy. The room also had a damp smell, and there were moths in the bathroom. I will definitely never come back!
