A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. It offers good value for money, but it won't make the list of top hotels.

I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, had good heating facilities, and hot water in the washroom. The breakfast spread was excellent with variety of dishes. The staffs were polite and helpful. We really had a excellent and comfortable stay at Art Residence, highly recommended

The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower facilities were poor. Even with the shower curtain closed, water seeped in from the walls and the edge of the bathtub, making the floor very wet.

Rooms are really huge and spacious, which I think is the best thing about this place. The hotel location is also good, despite not being quite near city center, there are paths and museums walkable. WiFi worked well in the lobby but zero in your room. Restaurant was adequate for breakfast and dinner. Rooms and common spaces appear clean.

Me and my friends had a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a supermart 5-8mins away from the hotel and it is near one of the attractions. Literally you just need to cross the road.
