A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, had good heating facilities, and hot water in the washroom. The breakfast spread was excellent with variety of dishes. The staffs were polite and helpful. Me and my friends had a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a supermart 5-8mins away from the hotel and it is near one of the attractions. Literally you just need to cross the road.

I loved this hotel so much that I chose to stay here again after returning to Tashkent from Samarkand. It's run by Chinese owners, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is delicious and palatable. The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened. Rooms are really huge and spacious, which I think is the best thing about this place. The hotel location is also good, despite not being quite near city center, there are paths and museums walkable. Comparing to all other hotels in the valley this is the best so far. Rooms are very modern. It has a restaurant on the rooftop for having a breakfast with a nice view to the city.

Superb room - plenty of space, big comfy bed, sofa and chairs, good shower. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen with a diverse range of foods to suit every palate.
