Our room is spacious. Including extension cord for charging.Good AC and heater.we appreciate the manager gave us ride to airport. It’s hard to get Youndex with two luggages. The employees were very helpful, helped us carrying luggage’s to car. There were water dispensers in every floor too. Breakfast was tasty too. It’s a pleasant stay. Thanks again.
My experience at this hotel was not satisfactory at all. The room I had booked in advance was not available upon arrival, and for the first night we were given a small and unsuitable room, which was very disappointing.
During our one-week stay, the breakfast never changed and was very simple and limited. There were not even basic options like tea bags; instead, we had to brew loose tea directly in...
So close to airport. Room is clean and staff is helpful and kind.
Excellent! The location is convenient, the environment is elegant, the service is warm, and it's very clean. Full marks for the experience, I will definitely come again next time!
The handmade dumplings 🥟 at this hotel are absolutely delicious! It's so rare to find a taste of home, like my mother's cooking, while abroad. The place is clean and hygienic, and the staff's service is excellent.
Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things...

The room itself was clean and nice, but the smell around the bathroom was quite strong. That was the only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't particularly varied, but it was good. Also, cars aren't allowed on the road in front of the hotel, so you have to walk a little further and then hail a taxi. The location was great, with major tourist sites such as Registan Square...
The breakfast area was very luxurious. You can relax and enjoy your time there.
The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries. I recommend a room with a bathtub.
There was also a cute cat.
Having breakfast at a wealthy family's house was truly a special experience.
The breakfast was delicious! The omelets, milk porridge, and cheese pancakes were all incredibly tasty.
The selection was plentiful, including salads, desserts, drinks, sausages, cheese, and even sachima (a type of Chinese pastry).
The hotel room had uniquely decorated walls, making it feel like a place for group meals...
This hotel was renovated from the mansion of a wealthy man in the 19th century. I was impressed to hear that the receptionist was studying Japanese. The building's design, including the atmospheric courtyard, was excellent. The rooms may look old, but the bathrooms have been renovated and are clean. Disposable slippers are provided. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bukhara.
Very nice place to live, historical building, closed to attractions

The owner is very welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of major attractions. The area is quiet. The facilities are a bit older, as this is an older hotel. However, the cleanliness is still good.

The rooms, like the hotel itself, are clean, all amenities are present - bottled water, slippers, soap/shampoos. The reception is beautiful. The staff is super customer-oriented and very friendly.

Small family run hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are basic and in decent condition. However when you turn off the lights you see a greed LED.
This is annoying when tying to fall asleep especially when it randomly flashes.
No baby cot.
Fantastic location. Walking distance to most places.
Basic breakfast.
They don't take card machine only cash which is inconvenient.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and professional. If you have any issue, they resolve it quickly. The breakfast is excellent.
Centrally located in the "Old City" next to the major tourist attractions in Bukhara. In walking distance to many good restaurants and old town. Close to hotel, small shop with fruit and drinks. Breakfast is served in the basement restaurant. Rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. Good air condition. Reception desk helpful, and always available. To be recommended.
A charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms reflecting local motifs. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and amenities are plenty. Breakfast was delicious and service was great. The inexpensive and prompt laundry service adds extra convenience. The multilingual front desk staff was particularly attentive and was always there to help; they took care of getting us extra pillows and box breakfasts...
Nice hotel. It seems to be very newly renovated as everything is so clean and pretty.
Currently (April 2025) there is a road construction in front of the house. Personal was helpful and mostly friendly.
A good value 3 star hotel with great staff. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, but more attention should be given to the bathroom cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was not the best. The selection of food was basic, and some of the items did not look fresh. During our stay, the hotel hosted a large group of southern European tourists who woke up very early and decided to be very loud at breakfast...
Lovely botique hotel is very close to all the main attractions. Once you reach here from either the train station or airport, there is no need to book a cab or yandex, everything is close by. The hotel's location is excellent, right near the entrance to the Old Town and easy to find from the street. Our family of three stayed there, and the room size was just right. We also appreciated having a bathtub to relax in. The breakfast was simple but delicious.
A very satisfactory hotel, small but clean.
The hotel is located at the entrance to the old city, easy to find. Just use the train station's navigation app to find the hotel by name. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in the ancient city and can walk to all major attractions. It was originally a very advantageous location, but because the ancient city is undergoing road renovation and road repairs, the roads are broken and closed, so online ride-hailing vehicles are unwilling to enter. The hotel is very adequate for what is needed in a tourist city like Bukhara.
The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, as it was very simple. Otherwise we liked the place, the people and its location.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and cozy, staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
A fantastic stay at Meros Boutique Hotel!
The rooms were spotless and well-sized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need. The service really stood out and made the experience even better. Would definitely come back again!
Excellent location just behind kukladosh medressa
Really comfortable bed, the most comfortable of our holiday.
The room was really big and even had a fridge, a a kettle with coffee and tea.
Great shower and bathroom.
Amazing big breakfast with really tasty somsas and good coffee
More importantly, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome and were looked after by everyone.
A charming, classic hotel located on the edge of the Russian Quarter, close to shops and restaurants, and a little further from the historical areas. We had a comfortable room on the second floor, under the eaves. One minor drawback: the window was tiny and the bedside lamps didn't work. The breakfast was very pleasant with a nice, varied buffet. quite small room, wall is not soundproof, location very near old town but yandex cannot get there, we had run off water & electricity in the morning but for short period
If I ever come back to Bukhara, I'll definitely book this hotel again. It's beautiful, clean, and right in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to pop back after a stroll. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and the coffee is excellent (they use whole beans!). You can even buy drinks and alcohol at the reception.
Room but tight / squeaky ! Staff were very helpful / the food breakfast was good !
I liked the hotel. The location is excellent; literally two buildings away, you're in the center of the historic city. Shokh was a friendly guy upon check-in. The facilities were clean and the service was polite. The shower temperature and water pressure were perfect. The location was also good.
It's more of a guesthouse, family-run guesthouse, or B&B.

This is an older hotel. Our room was a decent size – a little dated, but OK, and acceptably clean. There was no place for toiletries in the bathroom; there was just a single towel bar (need more) and the shower head was designed for people over 7 feet tall. Towels were scratchy and the sheets on the very hard bed were rough. The A/C worked well, but made odd crackling noises. There was a lovely terrace...
The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was questionable. Staff doesn't seem to understand that some foods must be refrigerated. The room was fine. The TV mostly didn't work.
There was no car to pick me up from the station, so I took a taxi. The local staff at the travel agency contacted me and allowed me to check in even though it was before noon. The room was cute and clean, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. It was conveniently located within walking distance of major tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
The front desk staff was very kind and I was very happy. It was one of my most memorable experiences in Uzbekistan. It's a little far from the tourist center, but the staff will help you call a taxi. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Uzbekistan.
The location was great and the view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful.
Breakfast was also delicious.
The hotel is well located, the interior is well appointed, the rooms are large and quiet. Despite the goodwill and availability of the staff, some details reflect a lack of knowledge of hotel traditions: no kettle for making tea, no bottled water, no storage (wardrobe with shelf) for clothes. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and of good quality.

Good view of the pool from the window, but the bathrobe had holes. The breakfast portions were small. The front desk staff were good and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping is by request – if you ask, they'll clean; if not, they won't. A solid three stars.
