Largest hotel in Uzbekistan, I really enjoyed it

It was comfortable. I got the impression that most of the guests were business travelers. The facilities were nice, but the faucet was stiff and didn't require much force to turn on the shower. The shower door also had a small handle, so I needed a lot of strength from my fingertips. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but there seemed to be very few Uzbek dishes.

Service was impeccable. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff took extra good care of us, even sending a cake, gift and card. Very thoughtful!

All services were great. I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service.

This photo isn’t of my bathroom, but a reflection from the mirror! That’s how spotless the cleaning is by Dilnoza from the crew. I walked in to work while they were cleaning and she was super conscientious to not disturb my daughter, even put for her a kids’ TV channel. Breakfast was wholesome, restful linen. Intercon is a newer building but the service here is superb.

We stayed in a 67m2 junior suite for 10,500 yen including tax. Clean. Great view. Great bath. Fresh and dried fruit provided. Also, the milk carpaccio and mushroom soup at the restaurant were excellent.

Great hotel. I had an Executive King room and I really enjoyed the executive part of it. Executive rooms are situated on the floors 15-18 for better views and also the complimentary access to the executive lounge from 8.00 to 20.00 hours is included in the price.

I was charged (via my VISA card) slightly more than the agreed amount. When I asked why, they said "the exchange rate is different in our hotel". I asked why its different then Central Bank of Uzbekitsan (which is the standard reference for all transactions in the country) they did not reply.

I stayed at different Hilton hotels worldwide, but this one was very exceptional. We very enjoyed breakfast, rooms and view. Especially the service was on a sky level, the Deputy Manager Mr. Begzod and Guest Relationship Manager Mr. Jasur made our stay unforgettable, I never meet such Guest caring Managers, big thanks to them!!! Definitely will come again!!!

I asked the employee to help me book a trip by train from Tashkent to Samarkand. He started searching on his mobile for a ticket for a trip on Saturday 14 June. security will follow you and guests in this hotel, this makes guests uncomfortable. I used to notice this in the old soviet times. Hopefully this mentality will change soon and it will take the younger generation to break bad customs. the other hotels such as hilton, panarams, hyatt dont do this.

Because my hotel room in Khiva was suddenly cancelled, I booked this twin room at the last minute. I was initially given a double room upon check-in, but after urgently contacting Ctrip, I finally got a twin room before 2 AM. The hotel is new, and the occupancy rate wasn't high, but overall the experience was quite good.

This hotel, newly opened in 2025, boasts very tasteful decor and is impeccably clean. The front desk staff speak fluent English and provide excellent service. Movenpick is very modern hotel and situated very well in old town near Metro Station, one of the Tashkent tourist highlights, stop at every metro station to admire interior design. You can install Yandex (car ride app) and visit the Centre for Islamatic Civilization, that provide good story telling of the history of Central Asia.
