We also got to try several of their coffee drinks and every drink was perfectly made and tasted great. We used the spa and sauna facilities several times which included an indoor as well as the outdoor pool
Our room was spacious and very well stocked with high-quality supplies and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered a vast variety of different fruits, caviar, breads, and pastries
It's excellent: various types of lightly salted fish, fresh berries, tropical fruits, and freshly squeezed juices. Everything is high-quality, without feeling mass-produced or cheap
A wonderful stay from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the entire hotel, which is very convenient
You can walk directly from the hotel into the largest shopping mall in the city, and there is also a large park just across the street for a nice walk
I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for an amazing Uzbek hospitality, excellent service, and an exceptional stay
I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service
The shower door also had a small handle, so I needed a lot of strength from my fingertips. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but there seemed to be very few Uzbek dishes
Service was impeccable. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff took extra good care of us, even sending a cake, gift and card. Very thoughtful!
This photo isn’t of my bathroom, but a reflection from the mirror! That’s how spotless the cleaning is by Dilnoza from the crew
Good, solid hotel. Would reccomend to tourists who can just walk in the area to see sights on the doorstep.
Intercon is a newer building but the service here is superb
Came here for the food. Drink beer and dine on the seventeenth floor, in the Sherazadeh restaurant. Friendly staff, great views of Timur square. Price is high for local standards but still quite cheap.
Awesome and super friendly hospitality. The location is so convenient
Service: The front desk staff definitely deserve a shout-out. Breakfast: A wide variety of dishes are available, catering to tastes from all over the world
A gem from the soviet period. The staff are excellent the room was modest with furniture from the period that added to the atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Facilities: A hotel with 51 years of history, yet it exudes exceptional charm and character. Cleanliness: The staff are very responsible, and the cleaning is exceptionally thorough
Environment: The surroundings are beautiful and transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway entrance right outside the hotel
A 10/10 experience from start to finish, a huge thank you to all the staff here for their help in making the stay so memorable. My wife & I started our vacation here for her birthday in 2025, and it was fantastic
I had an incredible stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations I’ll definitely be coming back…
The best hotel, the level of service is excellent, the staff are very courteous. The breakfasts are amazing. Sitora, Shahirizada and Kamila made living and working at Hilton perfect. Greetings from Belarus))
Stayed at the Hilton Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything in the city. The view from the hotel is amazing, especially in the evening
Hilton Tashkent City is a modern and well-designed hotel with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive and courteous, and the facilities are clean and well maintained
It really makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again
The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bedding was high-quality, and the view outside the window was breathtaking and refreshing! The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the environment was wonderful
Overall, this was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during my travels in Central Asia
This area amazing
Good for family trip
Nice hotel with reasonable price
In almost everywhere I had this opportunity to just send a postcard from hotels. I hope this practice will be introduced in the hotel
But they have only one option in dinner for vegetarians. Due to some event, entry is restricted. Staff is supportive but there are many challenges like taxi service, market is very fare, no option for vegetarians, etc…
The outdoor pool is quite small, with very few loungers, and there is no visible staff to assist if anything is missing. Towels, for instance, were often unavailable
A large bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the second room. Complimentary fruit, halva, and nuts are provided upon check-in. The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Good views and a convenient location
Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.
When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying
I had an Executive King room and I really enjoyed the executive part of it. Executive rooms are situated on the floors 15-18 for better views and also the complimentary access to the executive lounge from 8
I stayed at different Hilton hotels worldwide, but this one was very exceptional. We very enjoyed breakfast, rooms and view. Especially the service was on a sky level, the Deputy Manager Mr
Begzod and Guest Relationship Manager Mr. Jasur made our stay unforgettable, I never meet such Guest caring Managers, big thanks to them!!!
Definitely will come again!!!
It was amazing, the room is big and clean, the toilet is clean and well maintained and the breakfast is top notch
We were at the exhibition, and we really liked the handicrafts made by our craftsmen!
I would say location and service was top of the level in Tashkent.
Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport
Stayed for 3 night in a suite with wife and 2 smaller kids. Hotel is new (2023) and has great amenities. Housekeeping could be better, there was no turn down service in the evening 2 out of 3 nights

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cozy, the gym was convenient, and the breakfast quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Even more outstanding was their service
They have a concierge named Samir, who is incredibly resourceful and eagerly helped me settle in. Thanks to him, I was able to set off for other cities and truly enjoy my time in Uzbekistan
The building in which was signed the Treaty of peace between Pakistan and India. the war was over. and the next day in his room were found the President of India.... heart attack.
It's beautiful and amazing. The view is great. I always use it when I go to Uzbekistan. It's wonderful. It's easy for Japanese people to use.
The friendly, kind, and warm staff always respond quickly to requests, making me feel at ease even in a foreign country. The Christmas decorations and thorough cleaning of the building add to the comfort
King rooms are spacious, reasonably priced and there is lots of hot water. A lighter lunch is available in the bar area. A cheeseburger and fries can hit the spot two weeks into a trip
The outside pool has no water
But the inside one is lovely
Its a bit dates
Staff nice enough but the service is pretty slow
Of course, it's not premium or luxurious, but I stay here every time I'm on a business trip because it feels very familiar, quiet, and the staff are nice
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. They also provide complimentary bottled water. Rooms facing direction 20 are relatively quiet
I've gotten to know most of them, and every time I come to Tashkent and check into this hotel, I even get a subtle sense of belonging
The hotel is dated
But the staff are lovely
The food timing and quality needs upgrading
The indoor pool is lovely
The gym needs an upgrade
No water in the outside pool
I'll post some photos of the surrounding park; I didn't really take many pictures of the hotel itself
A new hotel in the central part of Tashkent with a sports club, spa, and swimming pool. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, convenient beds, and attentive staff.
Pretty good! It's very new and even has a small balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and the bedding was comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the price was a bit high when I booked it.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. Previously, I've stayed at the Intercontinental and the Hyatt. While it doesn't quite measure up to the Intercontinental, it's also 1
Hotel was clean and with good service! Breakfast was great. Staff very courteous and responsive, especially stood out Islombek and Akmal. Thanks a lot!
Service is efficient, the atmosphere is calm, and everything feels well organized—perfect for a relaxed stay in Tashkent
Good day! Everything was wonderful, check-in was quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly. Thank you!

Great experience fantastic hotel and service❤️
Staff was perfect, breakfasts excellent, the rooms are great. Location is great.
Good location nearby nice park with the lake.
It’s a beautiful hotel, but location was not good. I encountered a problem with a dishonest employee in the reception/ concierge. I asked the employee to help me book a trip by train from Tashkent to Samarkand
I checked the price for the suite and found it UZS 500,000 only. Then I told him to buy me a single ticket which he did and paid for it using his credit card. When I try to pay him UZS 141,000
I was able to open the Uzbek railway website to discover the ticket prices is UZS 141,000 for a single ticket. When I confronted him he said he was trying to book me a suite for two people
We were at the hotel for Sunday brunch with a visit to the pool. Excellent service, the staff is diligent and courteous. Saunas separately for men and women, quite spacious. An excellent gym with exercise machines
Very well located hotel walking distance to Amir Timur Square and Uzbequistan Hotel. The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast has lots of local and international options.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile — whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or in the restaurant
Breakfast was consistently good, with a decent variety of both local and international options. It was a great way to start each busy day
The hotel is well-located, and the room I stayed in offered a nice view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable

Mövenpick Hotel in Samarkand is a very decent 4 star hotel which is located in the city Centre and nearby to a lot of historic places including the Amir Temur statue and the Boulevard with old trees and the Registan Square and other historic places
I have a great second stay at Mövenpick Samarkand. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. I tried also the spa this time, which is crystal clean and well maintained
Nearby restaurants, malls and also supermarket. A big room and very nice shower and toilet with bidet - very important facility for us. Hospitable room service staff and helpful security, who deserves a big tip
A special mention to the staff in the bar and restaurant, who provides exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness and hospitality makes my dining experience even more memorable
I had a lovely stay here. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The lobby area is the main focus though. It is so thoughtfully curated. It's a stunning place. I'd come back!
I got all the information about the hotel that I asked before my visit and during my stay, also a piece of advice about attractions, theaters, restaurants etc
It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new
Very comfortable rooms, modern design. There was nothing to complain about. Cool swimming pool and saunas. They also offer massages at a very affordable price. Very good food at the restaurant, all we tried was delicious
Nice room and varied breakfast buffet. Great Spa area with pool, sauna and hamam. The aircon in our room unfortunately was quite loud, blasting at full force, and it wasn’t possible to adjust it or turn it down
However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member
In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip
At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful
Facilities: Typical Courtyard standard, the most comfortable bedding on this trip. Environment: Very close to the train station/airport by taxi, usually under 20 RMB
The room decor is comparable to a domestic hotel chain like Quanjiyou, and it's not very spacious, but the breakfast definitely meets brand standards.
Among all the hotels I stayed at in Uzbekistan, this one had the most comfortable room temperature, and the bedding was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided detailed information
The rooms are quite spacious, and the hotel was fully booked on the day I checked in (even during the local off-peak season), indicating high occupancy
The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but it's generally acceptable. The mattress was too soft, the kind you sink right into
Overall, it was a good experience. The room was comfortable, and the hotel breakfast offered a decent variety of choices.
The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.
Excellent hotel, very well located, superior category, and very good food.
One of the best hotels during our trip through Uzbekistan. Everything is new, spacious, and stylishly decorated with local accents. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very quiet
The hotel is large and peaceful, with hardly any other guests. The staff is polite and helpful, and the extensive breakfast is excellent. There is also a heated pool and a sauna
Huge hotel, with lots atractions. Unfortynately long way from old town, you have to take a cab. Very nice staff. Good food at breakfast. Close to the market.
The room was very clean and the service was excellent.
They were happy to help with any problems I had.
Amenities are provided, but please be aware that there are no toothbrushes.

At the reception we asked to extend the room for 2 hours, because the flight was at 5 pm, they extended it for us free of charge and without problems! Very tasty breakfasts, especially samsa 🤗 a large selection of food, both for adults and children
I booked a twin room, but the bed sheets made it impossible to move. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent! There wasn't much to see nearby, but Yandex was a quick way to get anywhere.
An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier)
The receptionists are very helpful as well. As for breakfast, I absolutely loved it! There was a great variety of foods, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The selection of dried fruits was perfect
The staff tried to wriggle out of it, saying something about a glitch in the system we'd booked through, etc. In the end, they asked the French group to leave the room, and we were allowed to stay
Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept
Hotel is the best one I have ever stayed in Tashkent. Nice breakfast, nice spa zone and swimming pool, good staff focused on your comfort. Rooms are big, tea, coffee, water etc
Good restaurants in the hotel and on Shota Rustaveli Street close to the location. What bad to find, I hardly ever remember. The view is on nothing, let me say, simply houses or same chain hotel construction
The bathroom was also clean, with stable hot water, making for a pleasant shower experience. In terms of service, the front desk communication was smooth and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient
Simple requests were generally handled promptly. Breakfast was decent, offering some local specialties alongside common Western options. The taste was fine, but the selection wasn't particularly extensive
My overall experience at Mercure Tashkent was quite good. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or visit nearby restaurants, which is ideal for short stays or business trips
We loved Mercure Tashkent hotel variety and delicious breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. The pillow and bed are comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception. Walkable to restaurant and mini market.
This is quite a nice hotel with cosy rooms and a lovely garden area. It also has a decent pool. Unfortunately, there's a really noisy building site right next to the pool.
I really liked the hotel garden, nice place, very clean
We stayed here for two nights on our tour of Uzbekistan. It’s a large hotel constructed in several blocks and we were across the courtyard and along a couple of paths with a number of steps and changes of level
There are steps up to the front of the hotel and we didn’t see a lift anywhere. The hotel placed white sheets over the carpet outside, presumably to catch the dirt from shoes but they were a trip hazard
Also, the bathtub mat is dangerous - you’re better off without it. Food was so-so and they only had instant coffee. The hotel was decent but I would definitely shop around before staying here again
Had to go through 2 receptions. Ate dinner at hotel as nothing nearby. Room ok. Breakfast fair. A lot of stairs at main entrance
Initially, the guys in Uzbekistan were put in a room where their windows were not only blown in, but were blown away by the wind! An extra bed for a child, they just threw in mattresses 🫣
Only after swearing and other things, they changed them to a room with renovations!
This hotel doesn't have such a problem! The room is large, quite warm! Clean, tidy! Yes, the renovation is certainly not fresh...
The hotel is conveniently located, we only had 4 hours for the walk, but we saw quite a lot) the air conditioning works, tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room) we liked the breakfast, there were fruits, vegetables, and desserts) it was filling and delicious) it also turned out that the price included the pool, it's a pity we didn't have time to visit) shampoo, shower gel, comb, cap, dental kit, and...
This hotel was fine. The only amenity I used was the pool, and it was decent. The hotel is pretty close to the metro.
We were choosing between this hotel and the Uzbekistan hotel which is nearby!
Friends were staying in Uzbekistan!
One of the downsides in comparing these two hotels is that they charged a tourist tax, so the accommodation was more expensive!
Breakfasts are more modest, again in comparison with the neighboring hotel, but the main thing is there, except
There was hot water to soak in the bathtub, but the bath plug didn't fit, so the water kept running even when I closed it. It's an old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The fruit at breakfast was delicious
The area was behind Hotel Uzbekistan, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to Amir Timur Square. This time I was given a double room, but I wanted a twin, so they changed it immediately when I asked
