The hotel's WiFi signal is weak, and there is no signal on the mobile phone card in the room. The shower facilities are easy to use, the water is hot and the water volume is large. It's very close to the attractions, about a 10-minute walk. The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly. The house is cleaned daily. It's a great place, highly recommended. The price is also very reasonable. There's air conditioning, but the temperature was comfortable at the time, so we didn't use it.

Excellent location, great breakfasts served on the terrace, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water. All the main attractions and the market are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The owners' eldest daughter is very attentive and speaks both English and Russian, which was a great help. We had an early check-out and asked for breakfast to go; they packed everything for us and brought it the evening before.

This place is amazing, the room are comfy and with AC. The upper room even has access to the balcony with a spectacular view on the city walls. The breakfast is included and very tasty. It’s possible to make a laundry (for 5 $…). We can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. The only issue is the peacock singing early in the morning.

Very pleasant stay, at a great location - a quiet alley, two minutes from Lyabi Khouse. We arrived late, and were given bread and water, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms a large and comfortable, shower hot, and even a heated floor! Breakfast was a feast, and all in all we felt cared for. We highly recommend this well-priced mid-range.

Very good location one minute walk from Lyabi-Hauz. It is a guesthouse with very few rooms but very clean, with air conditioning, wifi, shampoo and gel.... The person at the reception doesn't know English but with the Google Translator we could understand each other perfectly and he was always attentive to what we needed. The breakfast was also very good.

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts. I ask guests to stay in Bukhara for at least two days. Otherwise, you won't see half the wonders.

Really the nicest guesthouse we stayed at in all of Uzbekistan (maybe even all of Central Asia!!). The garden is a true Eden amidst the desert town of Khiva, decorated with hundreds of squashes/gourds, and the rooms are super cosy. This is all topped off by the friendly owner who was happy to help with any requests we had :) thanks so much and we’ll be back!!

Stopped in for tea in the courtyard for a rest. Nice quiet little spot and your lovely host will give you an explanation on Uzbeki tea etiquette as he pours your delicious tea.

A wonderful guesthouse that deserves many more stars than it can give. Despite our late arrival, we were greeted like family, and breakfast was brought directly to our room. Run in their own home by Abdollah and Fatima and located in Ichan Kala inside the heritage walled town of Khiva. Rustic, authentic and yet with standard modern comforts. A truly lovely hotel offering excellent value for money. The room was spacious and attractive, equipped with a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Hotel is very close to the main tourist sites, many within easy walking distance. After initial hiccup with no hot water, which the manager resolved, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Ended up staying here for four nights due to food poisoning (unrelated to hotel) and the owner was so helpful, even came with me to a local hospital. Room is very modern and extremely clean.

Firstly, the hotel is not clearly marked. There is no "HOTEL" on the door, so it doesn't look like a hotel at all. Secondly, when I navigated there according to the address on Ctrip, I found that it was actually a rural area, a deserted place. What a rip-off.

A wonderful display of hospitality. They welcomed me like family, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a great option for a long layover. The bathroom is shared among several rooms. The bed is huge; I slept like a star.

Excellent guesthouse, at a very reasonable price. Inexpensive, not far from the airport, check-in at seven in the morning. We were transiting through Tashkent. They cooked a great lunch and drove us to the airport. Very hospitable hosts. We loved everything. Book without hesitation.

It was a homely hotel. Both the husband and wife were very talkative and lovely people. I'd love to meet them again. I had to leave the hotel around 3:30 the next morning to catch a domestic flight early, but they were very accommodating. They even helped me with Yandex arrangements. I'm very grateful.
