Everything is fine, but keep this in mind when sleeping with your feet facing the Qiblah.

The location and room renovations are excellent! However, the breakfast is disappointing; the selection isn't extensive, and besides tea, hot water, and coffee, there's no warm food. Everything they have is cold.

The hotel's WiFi signal is weak, and there is no signal on the mobile phone card in the room. The shower facilities are easy to use, the water is hot and the water volume is large. Very pleasant stay, at a great location - a quiet alley, two minutes from Lyabi Khouse. We arrived late, and were given bread and water, which made us feel very welcome. Very good location one minute walk from Lyabi-Hauz. It is a guesthouse with very few rooms but very clean, with air conditioning, wifi, shampoo and gel.... The person at the reception doesn't know English but with the Google Translator we could understand each other perfectly and he was always attentive to what we needed. This small guesthouse is located near the airport. You can take advantage of the free airport shuttle, allowing you to arrive early and leave your bags. Excellent guesthouse, at a very reasonable price. Inexpensive, not far from the airport, check-in at seven in the morning. We were transiting through Tashkent. They cooked a great lunch and drove us to the airport. Very hospitable hosts. We loved everything. Book without hesitation.

This guesthouse is run by a husband and wife, and they were both incredibly warm and kind. They don't speak English, but we communicated using a translation app. The toilets and bathrooms are shared, but there's one on the first floor and one on the second, so it's not a problem. The people here are wonderful. They stayed up for my late arrival and had breakfast out for everyone in the morning. Rooms are nice and big, plenty for several people. The location couldn't be better. Just one street from the main activity, yet hidden well enough to keep the city noise down so you can sleep well. Really the nicest guesthouse we stayed at in all of Uzbekistan (maybe even all of Central Asia!!). The garden is a true Eden amidst the desert town of Khiva, decorated with hundreds of squashes/gourds, and the rooms are super cosy. Stopped in for tea in the courtyard for a rest. Nice quiet little spot and your lovely host will give you an explanation on Uzbeki tea etiquette as he pours your delicious tea.

Brand new guesthouse! We had a great stay, ideally located to walk to main attractions, less than 5 minutes, and it was great for the biennale as well.
