It’s a beautiful hotel, but location was not good. I encountered a problem with a dishonest employee in the reception/ concierge. I asked the employee to help me book a trip by train from Tashkent to Samarkand

I checked the price for the suite and found it UZS 500,000 only. Then I told him to buy me a single ticket which he did and paid for it using his credit card. When I try to pay him UZS 141,000

I was able to open the Uzbek railway website to discover the ticket prices is UZS 141,000 for a single ticket. When I confronted him he said he was trying to book me a suite for two people

The service here at InterContinental goes above and beyond what I've experienced at other locations.

We were at the exhibition, and we really liked the handicrafts made by our craftsmen!

I would say location and service was top of the level in Tashkent.

Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport

Stayed for 3 night in a suite with wife and 2 smaller kids. Hotel is new (2023) and has great amenities. Housekeeping could be better, there was no turn down service in the evening 2 out of 3 nights

The outside pool has no water But the inside one is lovely Its a bit dates Staff nice enough but the service is pretty slow

Of course, it's not premium or luxurious, but I stay here every time I'm on a business trip because it feels very familiar, quiet, and the staff are nice

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. They also provide complimentary bottled water. Rooms facing direction 20 are relatively quiet

I've gotten to know most of them, and every time I come to Tashkent and check into this hotel, I even get a subtle sense of belonging

Top hotel, one of the best in town, with spacious rooms, restaurant, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), gym and everything you need. The place was clean and we had a confortable experience. I would recommend.

I had a lovely stay here. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The lobby area is the main focus though. It is so thoughtfully curated. It's a stunning place. I'd come back!

Despite it being berry season, there were no berries at breakfast. Downstairs, there's a spa center with a pool and sauna. Bathrobes and towels are readily available at the spa

However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it

We had a lovely stay here with amazing staff including Asadbek and Sevinch. They even reached out to me via text to check on our stay. They were proactive and always ready to help whenever we required assistance

The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi

The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success

Although we were happy with the new rooms, it seemed that their computer system also did not record the change properly. it took extra long for the staff to find our booking and check in

At the reception we asked to extend the room for 2 hours, because the flight was at 5 pm, they extended it for us free of charge and without problems! Very tasty breakfasts, especially samsa 🤗 a large selection of food, both for adults and children

I booked a twin room, but the bed sheets made it impossible to move. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was decent! There wasn't much to see nearby, but Yandex was a quick way to get anywhere.

An unpleasant situation arose upon check-in: we had pre-paid for a deluxe room, but they decided to upgrade us to a standard room, even though they knew the deluxe bill (as it turned out later, our deluxe room had been offered to a French group 15 minutes earlier)

The receptionists are very helpful as well. As for breakfast, I absolutely loved it! There was a great variety of foods, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The selection of dried fruits was perfect

The staff tried to wriggle out of it, saying something about a glitch in the system we'd booked through, etc. In the end, they asked the French group to leave the room, and we were allowed to stay

Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept

Hotel is the best one I have ever stayed in Tashkent. Nice breakfast, nice spa zone and swimming pool, good staff focused on your comfort. Rooms are big, tea, coffee, water etc

Good restaurants in the hotel and on Shota Rustaveli Street close to the location. What bad to find, I hardly ever remember. The view is on nothing, let me say, simply houses or same chain hotel construction

The bathroom was also clean, with stable hot water, making for a pleasant shower experience. In terms of service, the front desk communication was smooth and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient

My overall experience at Mercure Tashkent was quite good. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or visit nearby restaurants, which is ideal for short stays or business trips

The hotel is new and the rooms are quite large. You can see the weight of gold color everywhere in the room. You can use complete bathroom supplies and high quality slippers for free

Located in city area, about 10min by car from the airport. On foot about 5min walk away there is a small market which sells fruits and groceries. There are eatery about 15min walk away from the hotel as well

Opposite is the Russian Orthodox Church Cathedral Room is big and clean with modern amenities. Staff are professional and helpful. Wifi speed is decent but not very fast

There is a small wish: the work of the pool and gym (opens at 10 am, and I wanted to work out and swim in the morning, and then go to breakfast, but it was only possible in the evening after a busy day to warm up...

Nice pool in the lowest floor and a small gym. The breakfast room on the upper floor was big and the selection sufficient. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful

The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet area, a stable hot water supply, and a suitable water flow, making for a fantastic shower experience! The room also comes equipped with various practical amenities, such as air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, and even charging cables – a truly thoughtful touch

The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The mattress's firmness is just right, perfectly conforming to my body's curves, making me feel like I'm lying on a cloud

The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The hotel is also run by a Chinese owner. I will choose a Chinese hotel next time I come to Tashkent for a business trip.

Vella Elegant Hotel offers a solid mid-to-upper-range stay option in Andijan with many amenities and a good location. However, the experience can vary significantly depending on room/floor and upkeep

The room is comfortable and not expensive. There are also budget rooms, not in the main entrance, that are cheaper and still very nice rooms. Breakfast is buffet and tasty

• International guests: Since staff speaks English and hotel has business‐centre features, it may suit those not fluent in Uzbek/Russian

The family room is a spacious two-bedroom suite. There's ample parking, perfect for those driving. There's also a small garden on the first floor. Many European and Chinese tour groups choose this hotel.

The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean

The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs

Expect a taxi into the city to be around 60000 on Yandex and the airport half that or less. My flight got in before check-in time but they accommodated. Breakfast was great with plenty of options

It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities
