Pleasant hotel, nice restaurants, lovely rooms; good atmosphere, courteous, helpful and business like staff; premium service and all facilities well provided. Halls, committee rooms inexhaustible. Plus the hotel gets for you whatever you forgot to bring. You would enjoy your stay.

Excellent location, great breakfasts served on the terrace, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water. All the main attractions and the market are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The owners' eldest daughter is very attentive and speaks both English and Russian, which was a great help. We had an early check-out and asked for breakfast to go; they packed everything for us and brought it the evening before.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with all the sights within walking distance. The downsides include an uncomfortable bed and a poorly functioning shower. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.

There were a lot of ants in the room. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The toilet stopped flushing. All the tourist attractions are about a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast is plentiful. On the second day, they customized our breakfast to our liking.

Our impression of the hotel was seriously marred by the fact that they charged a higher tourist tax than the amount stated in the booking app. We never received change for the tax; the owner went to change money and we never saw him again. Stopped in for tea in the courtyard for a rest. Nice quiet little spot and your lovely host will give you an explanation on Uzbeki tea etiquette as he pours your delicious tea.

We're so glad we came to Margilan and delighted we chose to stay in Ikathouse! The owner was so helpful before we arrived, helping us with public transport options to get there. Ikathouse is a perfect place to stay and relax in Margilan after visiting bazar and the silk factory. The location is in mahalla zone where you will experience peace and quiet. Opened by ikat master. Lovely ikat fabric for sale in basement, and near the local ikat businesses and town. Home stay, not a hotel, but very caring service. Dinner and breakfast were served.

The location was excellent and Mr. Furkat went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is perfectly situated, with all the main sights of Samarkand just around the corner. And the breakfast was absolutely outstanding.

It’s a dreamy place full of old stuff: wooden crafted doors, furniture, carpets, and other things. The breakfast is migrating from place to place, every time it’s different. They have a rooftop with a nice view, and a shady garden. It’s dusty though, and the rooms are a bit tiny, but if you stay there a couple of days it shouldn’t be a problem. First the best thing about the Hotel: It's located in a small side street right next to Registan, most of the attractions are reachable on food. This guesthouse was so wonderful - our favorite stay in Uzbekistan! Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice AC, the shower and bathtub had hot water and great pressure, and the wifi worked well. We loved our stay here, in the central part of the walled city. We were able to check in early after catching the Sharq from Bukhara and felt very welcome. We were able to organise a fortress tour with Orzu for a good price and we're very happy. The breakfast was outstanding. We'd stay here again, very comfortable.

We were in Khiva for a day and loved staying in Orzu B&B. The hosts were hospitable and sweet. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and they also arranged taxi for our departure. The B&B is 4 min walk to Kalta Minor minaret. Overall 5 star for the experience and stay.

The owner of Orzu is a kind and welcoming host. Rooms are tidy, beds confier than the ones we've had before. Breakfast is extensive: pastries, fruit, jam bread tea and coffee. The host will also gladly arrange taxi rides for small trips to and from Khiva. Overall a very nice b&b, great experience and excellent value for money. Untill we meet again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Shahnoza Grand. The location is very central which allowed us to pop in and out as needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, it is what you would expect for such affordable accommodation. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and their birds singing in the courtyard was a lovely addition.

Our room was very spacious and incredibly beautifully decorated. The courtyard with its seating area and pool was also lovely. However, what we will remember most is the host's hospitality and helpfulness. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

I don't know why there are negative comments here. I arrived a few hours ago with my boyfriend and his parents and I'm enjoying a really large room with a hot shower, a well-divided bathroom that's practically brand new. I found the property spotlessly clean, and the host was truly kind and helpful. In my opinion, full marks and I recommend the place!
