Our big team and I stayed one night in this hotel. Arrived late and departed early. Hotel is located in the heart of old historical area of Bukhara where most of the city landmarks in a walking distance. Big room, very clean, shows location of Qibla. Toilet amenities with toothpaste and brush, hot water, great WiFi and amazing breakfast.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are also quite large, though there are only two floors with no elevator. Overall, it's a good place.

We stayed for two nights as part of an organised tour. Arriving after midnight on the first night we were efficiently greeted with welcome drinks and nibbles. Rooms are a good size and are well appointed. Breakfast had a good selection to suit all tastes. The old town attractions are all in walking distance.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The pool was cold but very clean. The breakfast was dissapointing, cold,tasteless porridge, sliced white stale bread, three coffee machines were broken. There was little service from the staff..

This is the second Asia hotel on our tour. The location of the Asia Bukhara is fabulous being right in the old town where there are multiple restaurants, shops and sights. However, the entire chain is three star. Two small bars of soap, tiny bottles of body wash and shampoos and very flimsy towels. I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Most of the guests checking in were senior tour groups from Europe and America.

Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and both the service and room amenities were excellent. Highly recommended!

Overall, the value for money isn't great. The facilities and room size are quite small, and 2000 per night feels expensive. Even though it's in the old city, you still have to walk over a kilometer to reach any attractions. You'd be better off staying in a guesthouse closer to the main square. The hotel room (we stay in room 217) is much smaller than in the picture and it is extremely small that we cannot open two suitcases at the same time. The wardrobe is not at the entrance but by the window. The only place you can open the suitcase is in front of the wardrode which means the suitcase will block your way to the wardrode and the desk. This hotel was perfectly located inside the city walls and very central for all the sights. The courtyard rooms were lovely and large, and cool and airy. The reception area was lovely and large with plenty of space for our group to gather. 10/10 stay. I was here for a fee days in Bukhara and I was so impressed with this hotel. Firstly the rooms are so big, clean and grand. The price was so competitive and lower than other hotels in the city. The service was great and the main sights are a short walk away. As a tourist you should definitely stay here.

Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. Our bed and the room in this hotel were both absolutely hummungous! Possibly too big to be actually functional but there was a good bathroom and long windows overlooking a sunny back courtyard area. The hotel is dated and should be avoided if possible. Location is good , a short 15 min walk to the center . Rooms are very old and had a stuffy/ mouldy smell . A/c doesn’t work .Had two functioning elevator and each can carry 4 -5 person at a tine . For a hotel with so many rooms  getting a free elevator is like getting a lottery ticket. Breakfast is not good for western travellers.

This hotel is rather old. The elevators are small, the room for 2 persons is compact and the room air-conditioner is not working well. The hotel staffs are helpful, though. We stayed here for 2 nights, and I guess that should be enough.

The hotel was clean, but it was quite far from the old city, especially since only electric carts could access Bukhara's old city, and at night you had to walk a long way to the area outside the curfew to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a variety of options, but most were cold. A few hot items seemed poorly heated and remained cold, and the taste was just average.

We had a rough start when we were told breakfast was not included, despite it saying so on the Trip.com app. The kind staff relented and gave us breakfast anyway, even though there was obviously a mess-up in the whole booking system (not the hotel's fault I guess). Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts. The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!

Breakfast was delicious. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but that was no problem. The water server was at room temperature, but you could drink it any time.
