This was my second time in Bukhara, so I knew the hotel wasn't very close to the old town, which was fine with me as I enjoy walking. However, this was the only hotel in Uzbekistan where I didn't feel welcome. I don't need a grand gesture, but a simple smile and a word of welcome would have been nice. I spoke with another guest who agreed the staff, especially the front desk manager, were quite cold.
This impression was reinforced by several issues. The manager miscalculated my tax and laundry charges, which suggested a problem with integrity. This was confirmed when he kept changing the price and timing for a transfer I requested to the Farap border. I eventually took a Yandex, which was both cheaper and more reliable.
Be prepared for a cold shoulder and be sure to check your bills carefully if you decide to stay here. Internet speed was pathetic I ended up buying extra data plan.

The room is very beautiful, with high-quality wooden furniture, beautiful wallpaper, and a unique bathroom decoration. The hotel has a Central Asian style and the breakfast is great 👍

Good location, there is parking near the hotel. The hotel is in an authentic style. Colorful.

Facilities: A bit dated, but this is understandable as a local hotel. Free parking is available right outside.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was excellent, very clean and tidy, and the room was bright.
Environment: Convenient to everything, within walking distance of various attractions.

Good location by the entrance of the Bukhara old town. Warm and friendly service from the front desk with upgrade offer. Water is not hot during taking the bath, but acceptable.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room is royal. Breakfasts are delicious! The attitude is good. The location is also good. There are many shops and even a shopping center nearby.

The hotel is top notch! The room is clean, with everything you need! The location is very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance, literally 10 minutes on foot. The breakfasts are delicious! We were very pleased!

I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.
