Great staff, very smooth check-in, very nice rooms. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara.
The front desk was very kind and allowed us early checkin which was the best after a long journey. They also spoke English and were extremely hospitable.

Modern hotel in the historic centre close to main sites Modern bedroom with usual facilities other than no tea making facilities or safe. Decent sized pool but in small area between hotel wall and building Staff speak ok English Aircon light very bright and high up so couldn't cover it Nice balcony overlooking the open area in front of the hotel, but too hot to use it

The hotel is not located in the old town, but it is quite close by taxi. It was a bit noisy from the cars on the street (view of the city). Breakfast is normal, varied, there were strawberries, cherries, apricots in mid-May. But the scrambled eggs and porridge were running out. It was difficult for us to set up the TV, we asked the staff for help. The air conditioner worked well. The pool is good, new.

The room is relatively large, the facilities are average, and the location is a bit far from the old town attractions. Except for the front desk, the room attendants do not speak English. When I checked in on the first day, they only provided one person's slippers and towels in the room. They were not given until the next day. One day, they even only cleaned half of the room...

We had a very good experience at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast very good and staff were pleasant. But most of all the manager Mr Fayzollah was extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others

Their Internet sucks. There is none. I guess if you go to the lobby and sit, you can get the Internet, but forget about it in your room. it’s hard to get work done when you have no Internet. It looks like the only people to give this a five star review are local guides. They probably get a kickback to give a good review. They obviously haven’t stayed here.

+ Clean sheets, bed, place Staff friendly, though they couldn't find my booking, they gave me a room and didn't ask for payment till issue was resolved the next day. Very bad service, the staff are rude, awful and not fresh breakfast We lost the key, and when we asked to give a new one, they said: go and find out. Otherwise, you'll stay outside I am just wondering, are they crazy or stupid? The breakfast with not fresh products uneatable

The facilities are average and the hygiene is relatively good. The environment is good and the location is excellent, but the service needs to be improved.

The hotel stay was absolutely good. Head admin at the reception Mr Kamol was the most accommodative, supportive and guided us well through our stay. Kudos to Kamol 👍🏼👍🏼 Ambience - 4 Stay - 4 Food - 3 Cleanliness - 4 Overall we were skeptical about Bukhara but Orient Varaxsha did good to change it. Thank you Team
