Hotel Shams in Bukhara

😝 Good location 2stars Room. Right on mainroad, easy to find with big logo, grill meat restaurant next to hotel still open 11pm. cheap room friendly staff but 👎🏾bit poor on sound proof and only have one small set of shampoo, low water pressure, hostel comfortable level bedding

Friendly Staff, great room, good location (15-20 minute walk from all main attractions)

We stayed in a triple room (202) for 3 nights and it was 170€ with breakfast included and cancellation for free. It is on the road surrounding the city but you can yandex everywhere. Worth every penny. It belongs to a family who lives in the same building (the feeling is like staying at a chambre d'hotes). Room of good size covered in carpet, I would take out the carpet in the bathroom if I was the owner. Shower of the old style so bare it in mind if you are travelling with your elders. No lift so you have to carry your own lugagge (they help you though). They have a good range of amenities like toothbrush and flip flops. Small swimming pool, our son loved it. They should put more confortable places to sit or lay next to the swimming pool. Very good breakfast. It is not buffet but they keep on bringing plenty of things from where to choose.
One of the matrasses was broken and they forgot to lit the hot water, but they fixed everything when told so.

Lovely little hotel with nice rooms. We had a rough start when we were told breakfast was not included, despite it saying so on the Trip.com app. The kind staff relented and gave us breakfast anyway, even though there was obviously a mess-up in the whole booking system (not the hotel's fault I guess). Appreciate it, guys!

Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts.
The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep.
Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!

Hotel Shams in Bukhara is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort on a budget. It’s close to the main sights, so exploring is easy. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch. Breakfast could be better, but overall a solid stay!

We experienced a great welcome with fresh coffee with a smiling face. The are good. Breakfast had many varieties like bread, sweets, veg and fruits. It was the best two day stay during our visit to Samarkand

Breakfast was delicious.
It took a while for the hot water to come out, but that was no problem.
The water server was at room temperature, but you could drink it any time.

Their breakfasts were great. I really appreciated their fried eggs. The last night when I had to catch a 5:30 am train, they fixed a portable breakfast and gave it to me as I got in the cab.
