The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bedding was high-quality, and the view outside the window was breathtaking and refreshing! The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the environment was wonderful

Overall, this was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during my travels in Central Asia

The outdoor pool is quite small, with very few loungers, and there is no visible staff to assist if anything is missing. Towels, for instance, were often unavailable

A large bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the second room. Complimentary fruit, halva, and nuts are provided upon check-in. The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Good views and a convenient location

However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it

We had a lovely stay here with amazing staff including Asadbek and Sevinch. They even reached out to me via text to check on our stay. They were proactive and always ready to help whenever we required assistance

The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi

The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success

The location is fine, close to many restaurants and parks. A walk to the major historical sites is a bit longer (about 25 min), but you'll walk along a leafy boulevard and it is easy to get there

The only downside is that it's 3 kilometers from the main tourist attractions, but taxis are cheap, so it's not inconvenient at all

The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level

Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price

I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave...

The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station

For improvement, the pool water was 19 degrees, so we couldn't use it. The Turkish bath also never heated up. But overall, the price and quality are in line
