The guest house it self is quite nice and the rooms are completely ok for the price but the owners are not friendly - never say hello, do not interact at all with the guests, in case you have a question, it feels like you disturb them etc. What has also not been good is that there is NO hot shower - even reasking three times if its normal that the shower is only luke-warm they promised to change it...

The hotel is well located, close to one of the main attractions, Gur-Emir, and beautiful parks. The dining room, decorated like a bride's room, offers delicious, varied, and filling multi-course breakfasts with dessert and fruit. The rooms and hallways are clean. There was a water cooler next to our room. Friendly and kind staff. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful.

The owner is a fabulous person. He is so nice that he came himself to the Samarkand Railway station to pick us up. And that's for free. It's incredible !! During our stay, he gave all kinds of advice to make our tour fruitful. The Amir Temur mausoleum is only a few steps away from the property. Beautifully decorated hotel with only 9 rooms, that is very well situated in a quiet courtyard. The manager is a super nice person. The breakfast was very good and varied. There is also a cozy chilling area on each floor. Only thing to improve: The window curtains could be thicker to better black-out the room from sunlight during the morning hours.

We stayed at Art Luxury Hotel in the second week of Jun '22. This is a superb hotel. 5 Start service yet feels like home. All the staff is very helping. Specially Malik, Bekhzod and Daler. Malik and Daler were fluent in English. I will recommend this hotel without any hesitation. The environment was so friendly. Good breakfast.
