Friendly staff, clean and perfectly safe for a solo female traveller. It was further from the centre of town than i was expecting. Also the bed was incredibly hard.

The hotel is a touch of faded glory. The rooms in the front can be a little noisy on Friday night as there is a restaurant right outside. Not horrible but something to keep in mind. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water. There is central air conditioning but the rooms are a little warm. Good location. The breakfast is small but adequate.

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The location is not the greatest, but no more than 10 minutes walk to a street with lots of restaurants. Our room was clean and nice and bright. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good. There was a mini fridge in the room. The TV was a disappointment (not working well). Breakfast was OK.

Luxury room is perfect — large, two bedrooms, clean and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Large bath, smart toilet, coffee machine, large sofa, etc. Breakfasts are good. Downside: there is restaurant just above the room. And despite good soundproofing very loud sounds can be heard to late night.

The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. I was able to use the hot shower without any problems. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, with an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits. Hotel quite close to the historic center of the city, standard furnished and clean rooms, with TV, no refrigerator. The hotel does not have an elevator, which is quite common in Uzbekistan

There are many hotels in Samarkand that are impossible to get to by car. The staff at this hotel really helped us out by checking us in quickly, considering that we were with a small dog. Small, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. The guest house located at old town, 20 mins to train station. The guest does not provide kettle, cup & tea in the room but they do have self service kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate. The room was a bit tired and in need of an update. The showerhead wasn't working properly, with weak water pressure and water spraying everywhere. There was also a clog in the shower, causing water to leak underneath. Basically, I just managed to get through one night.

It's a beautiful place, room is clean. However here and then got electric issue, but other than that all is good. Staff is helpful, but they dont return your balance when you pay by cash (in my case is for the tourist tax). Location wise, very strategic. They're cutting corners on everything here. If you're not among the first for breakfast, you'll either get nothing or have to beg for everything, and there's no guarantee you'll actually get it. There's no water or kettle in the room. The toilet paper is like sandpaper, and the bed linen is awful and smells of sweat.
