The room was great. There's a big supermarket right at the crossroads, making it convenient for eating, shopping, and everything else. It's also not far from the train station, and it's about a half-hour walk to the attractions. The house was very clean!

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel. The staff is very polite, the administrator is a very beautiful and kind, pleasant woman. I spent several days here and just loved it! Nice rooms, clean linen and everything you need. The prices are reasonable. The hotel is just super! If you ever come, be sure to stay at this hotel.

The road in front of the hotel is finally almost finished, and I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, which is why I always choose this hotel. The hotel is acceptable in all aspects, but don't book one that includes breakfast, as the breakfast is very poor. There is a supermarket across the street, which is quite convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk from the airport.

Good facilities and services, but road construction outside the hotel with barriers and air pollution

The room matched the photo. The breakfast wasn't great: limited selection, but we were staying for a couple of nights, so it was fine for a quick bite before heading out. We were unlucky: the street where the hotel was was under construction and very dusty. The location is ok—it's a 10-20 minute taxi ride to the main attraction, depending on traffic. Reception doesn't exchange money.

Warm room, first-class service attitude

The room was good and had sufficient facilities, but it was facing a busy road, It had an impressive high ceiling. Hotel staffs were friendly. Breakfast did not have much variety as the other hotel I was in the day before, but it had a good selection to choose from. They have a swimming pool, but was empty due to the season. (a little hot during daytime but cold in the morning and night)

We travelled with a group of 44 people and stayed in 3 major cities of Uzbekistan. I must admit that customer service in this hotel was outstanding. Great stay! The location is just a short walk from the Registan square but on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything was sparkling clean.
